Signed up after moving from Oregon. Friendly staff, nice store. We have Spectrum TV also, sometimes the audio doesn't sync with video.

The staff at Spectrum are usually polite and respectful, so my problem isn't with them. The two stars are for the ever-increasing prices. Spectrum is not upfront about what happens after its "promotions" end. I got the cheapest internet plan available for $50 a month, which then jumped to $70 the next year. I knew it would do that, but what I didn't know is that two years later I was apparently still under the "promotion" and now it's $90 a month. When I first got Spectrum, I was given the impression that the "promotion" was only for a year and my plan would cap at $70 a month. The idea that they're somehow "fighting" to keep prices low is laughable. As if us customers don't have enough inflation to deal with. $90 a month for the most basic internet is NOT affordable!

Had several phone, app, account issues. Lori was most professional and resolved my problems and answered my questions. In fact the staff on duty was great. Would highly recommend this store.

My sister passed away, i am not power of attorney, her caregiver was on the account to do things not me. They let me shut down her internet service because i PAID for the funeral. But they wont let me shut her phone off. I just told them i paid the last bill and you let me use my card for it but you wont let me shut it off. Keep on billing her because you wont get anything she is DEAD. RIDICULOUS!

We have mobile and wifi through them, we really like the mobile, but we constantly have problems with our Wifi. I also wish they kept alittle bit better stock on phones, but I don't think thats in their control.

Went in to check on a repair issue. Added my name to the queue list & waited about 20 minutes. The entire time no one called any names on the list but took people as they walked in the door & hung around the reps kiosks. Walked out after 20 minutes. Only 2 people working.

I am handicapped. Spectrum Mobile has ripped me off badly. They offered me to switch and then tricked me into a plan i was not even eligible for. Then they tricked me into not buying insurance for my phone by promising it was included with the price of the phone. Now they say they can’t check the tape after they already checked the tape about the eligibility for the plan. I was right and they apologized. They are taking advantage of a handicapped person and this will be the second time. Because they were wrong and the tape was of the Spectrum Mobile employee promising me that I would not have to pay for service for the first year they comped me th differntce. Now that I am asking about the tape once again they say it’s too far in the past to check the tape again. Spectrum has taken advantage of me being handicapped and had lost my trust in every aspect of their sup par service. It goes out frequently and it’s slower than the other major carriers. Way slower. It also just doesn’t work periodically. I don’t know how they can sleep at night doing this to me. I go to work with a broken leg on top of being handicapped. I work very hard for the little money I make and Spectrum is a liar and a cheat. If I wasn’t worried about my credit I would amend the phone back that is uninsured and I would sue them. It would cost more to sue them than it would be to just pay the darned bill so here I am, with a brand new phone, without insurance on it. And I had to argue with them about the plan I’m not even eligible for. This is the worst experience I ever had with any cell service and I will never go with Spectrum in any capacity let alone cell service again. Spectrum is a liar and a thief and they stole from a handicapped person. I hope this may help anyone in their decision to switch to the worst thieves in the cell industry. I am so disappointed that I chose Spectrum Mobile and I wish I could try and help anyone and everyone by letting all who care, to know that I’m handicapped and Spectrum stole from a handicapped person….twice…..

This company is a joke service is horrible and at 80 bucks a month with in and out internet service and when you call wait times between 15min to an hour until you talk to someone is crap… if Butte had something better like another service provider I would be there in a heart beat

Internet failed during an $80 UFC PPV. Was told that a $10 credit was the best they could do because the PPV was purchased through ESPN+ Even thought the issue was 100% internet related and nothing else. Petty and unethical business practices. Back your product and make things right when YOUR product fails. I will be switching internet providers at the first opportunity available. Your monopoly on internet service in this area won't last forever and your terrible business practices and service will cost you.

Oh boy where can I start, hum let's see!! I am completely appalled, and Thoroughly Beyond disgusted disgusted with the customer service at the spectrum store here in Butte . I am still in disbelief of how poorly the staff treat their customers, especially one whom are elderly and or disabled. I hope no one ever treats them ,their parents, or grandparents the way they have treated my father, (who by the way has been a loyal paying customerfor many many years.) Because of how rude and disrespectful they have treated him, myself, and sooo many others, he has decided he would rather go without instead of ever step foot back in the Butte location. So thank you to the disrespectful, rude, inconsiderate staff at the spectrum store Butte location for nothing. Wait for teaching us just how not to be, and reminding us that not everyone who works in customer service has customer service skills. Unfortunately the Butte location must not put much thought and consideration into who they hire. Maybe they need to put you all through training or even hire people who are not so miserable in their own like that they make everyone else miserable as well. Shame on you Spectrum staff at the Butte location, I hope karma does not come back to bite you in the behind, or maybe I do.also if you give a bad review you will receive the same computer generated response everyone else gets .... Absolute joke of a company and a store. Trying to compete with Verizon so if you need to suspend services of pay a cable bill you get to wait while they activate cell phones and up sell cell phones to all the door heads in the lobby.

In store switch to Spectrum cell service with my carry in phone and also got a modem and router. Price per month for both was cheaper than Verizon cell service.Staff was friendly and helpful.I did have a problem with my modem when I got home, however was an outside problem.Tech came out next day and my internet has been running great since.Wifi hotspot on my phone with Spectrum was a little slower than Verizon, but still worked ok to run my Roku tv until my modem issue was fixed.
