“This is our lodging of choice any time we visit Helena. The location is great. The hotel is spotless, rooms are large, with all the expected amenities and breakfast is far better than the usual fare. To top it off, the employees are friendly, helpful and welcoming. We look forward to staying at the Great Northern any chance we get!”

“A good place to stay for a quick in town trip. The heavy bars at the front office definitely make you uneasy. The cabin itself was clean, but there was a rather strong bleach or some other cleaning chemical fragrance in the air. The heating unit is really old and is loud at night, when it comes on. It's kind of weird to stay in the last cabin. It feels like you're parking on the street, which is not all that safe, especially in winter, when the roads are slick. A fence might be a good investment. Customer service was good, the girl at the front desk was very polite. Overall, it's good, but there are definitely a few things that should be changed to get 5 stars.”

“Nice hotel. Very easy access. Plenty of parking. Rooms are clean. It is quiet. Breakfast was 30 min late to open. Looks like the eggs were not ready. I didn't mind as I only wanted yogurt and fruit. No big deal for me. The staff was polite and courteous.”

“Rooms are usually pretty nice. Gym could use dumbbells. Service rollercoasters - I've had times where nobody was at the front desk to decent service. Location is good except it's next to a water treatment plant.”

“I've been in the jorgensen's inn and suites in other cities but this one here in Helena's just isn't quite up to par ask questions and it's like they don't know the answers to it and say they're not sure and and how long you been working there oh two years and you don't know the answer yeah not real impressed with the Helena Jorgensen inn & suites”

“I am a Marriott loyalist with Titanium Status. This was my first time staying at a Delta property. For being a renovated hotel, I was very surprised at how nice it was. The indoor pool was well used by my boys. They had a great bar, and the food was nice. I recommend getting the chocolate cover cream puffs for dessert if they have them.”

“For the price, this motel is great. It has good enough beds and AC/climate, bathroom is a bit shabby, but hey, you are not paying 100+ usd a night. Location is great as well. It was quiet at night. Lastly, it has a good internet connection.”

“Amazing service. Angel at the front desk was the embodiment of her name. ?The bed was lumpy, and yet I slept like a log.Breakfast was ok. Please cook the sausage patties a little longer so they're browned and not pale and slimy.”

“We had stayed at this hotel once before, and it was good. When booked and arrived at this location again, we found it was very rundown. The doors to the rooms were stained, some were battered. When we entered the room, it was generally clean! The bed was good, but when I pulled out a chair to sit on it, it was covered in food crumbs, and under the chair also. I opened the window curtain, The outside screen has been pried open and left hanging, there was a coat hanger in place to keep the window from opening on the inside. When I went to get a bucket of ice, I needed to use my key to open the door, it was also a laundry room, and vending machines for pop and food. On getting my ice, I noticed the window had been left open. We were at ground level, and the window had no screen. Anyone could have walked in. There was no key necessary to reopen the door to the motel. It was open to all the hallways. The final icing on the cake was the breakfast area. The chairs were dirty and stained. The tables were clean and breakfast was good.Sanitation is a definite need.Walkability: Restraunt within walking distance.”

“Room was a bit dated, older couch, carpet and appliances but the bed, bathroom fridge, etc was clean and reasonably priced so it did the trick for a quick stay in Helena. Check out is 11 am which was hard to find on the website.”
