“I have been banking with Farmer's State Bank for 15 years and absolutely love everything about them! Their employees are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming! They treated me so well through the process of mortgaging my home years ago, they protected me through any scam that came my way, actually kept it set to no overdraft as I requested (unlike a First Security who could never seem to get that right), etc. They've been so great that four of my kids now do their banking with them and have happy reports as well. “We just completed our second vehicle loan through Park Side. Julie, our loan officer, has been amazing through the process. Including offering us access to additional warranties specific for our situation for a reasonable price. This was the first time for us purchasing a vehicle from an out of state dealership that would also need shipping. Julie worked with the dealership to coordinate the purchase and shipping and kept us in the loop the entire time. Her amazing service along with the low interest rates offered to members will keep us coming back!”

“called to ask if an ID is needed to order a new debit card, the woman who i was speaking with didn’t know the answer off the top of her head so she reached out to her manger to confirm. once learning i wasn’t going to her branch she reached out the other branch to double check that it would be okay if I came in without an ID. She went above and beyond. This is a wonderful bank with even better employees who care about their patrons.”
