I tried a different company simply because I never had to deal with an appliance repair before and really didn't know who to call. I own a Samsung range and the only company that worked on one, or so I thought are the time, was in Reno. Not only did this other company drop the ball but they never communicated with me on the status of my part that was allegedly ordered in order to do the repair. Frustrated after waiting for 2 weeks on a part that I'm sure was forgotten about, I tried my search again and found Sears. So impressed with how they handled my case from the very beginning, that I quickly fired the Reno company and hired Sears. I did have to eat the diagnostic from the first company but it was worth it to fire them and hire a Sears tech.
