As it gets closer to the day of your event Matt has a system that will send you reminder of things to do which was very helpful. I highly recommend using them for any event and I hope that I have a huge event in the future to book again. I cannot express enough to book with this venue not just because of how nice it looks but what comes included and no hassle of any fees of sort. Price is what it is and that made it a lot more trusting for us! Bartender was amazing!! Dj played great music and Matt was amazing hosting for us. Thank you again and again!!”
“Thank you sunset castle for my daughters amazing party.Although there were a few hiccups, my party turned out better than expected.I feel Leo and dj Irvin saved the day as the young lady I was talking (texting) and meeting most times would not reply the week before my event as I had a few changes to the schedule and a lot of questions /concerns.When I arrived at the venue for my eventLeo told me she had went out of town but I felt she should’ve left a backup phone number of a person I can talk to as she would not be available.Leo and I were able to work something out. And he had no idea about the messages I was sending the week prior.He was great and very attentive even gave me and hubby a drink while we were in some of our stressful moments.Dj Irvin was an absolute miracle worker when it came to a lot of last minute questions I had , coordination and playing the best music all night. And he is also bilingual.Sunset comes with a security includedThe decorations were gorgeous and the bartender was very nice.All in all I feel communication can be better throughout the whole process as this is a very important event for those who book here and something was wrong w the Photo Booth as my guest either received a bright flash in the pics or no pics at all.Reason for 4 stars instead of 5.Thank you”

“We love that Kids Quest exists and use their services almost every time we go to Las Vegas (which is monthly). It's one of the benefits of staying at Green Valley Ranch, but you're also able to drop off your child and leave the premises. I usually drop my daughter off for 1-2 hours but I think you can leave your child up to 5 hours. My daughter loves the variety of activities - basketball, climbing structure, crafts etc. and the cafe inside that she can order food from - ice cream, drinks, snacks, warm foods etc. (they ask you at check in what you approve). My only complaint is sometimes the checkout process is inefficient and we are penalized for it. When we arrive 5 minutes before the checkout time and it takes them 10 minutes to check us out we end up getting charged for the next quarter hour. I wish they'd acknowledge when they are the reason the time kicks into the next period and not charge us for it when we were clearly there and waiting on them. I mentioned this on a visit and the person I spoke with was rather dismissive.”
“The food and service were great. I was there for a meeting in a back room. And, it worked out find. At the end of the day it’s a bar, dimly lit and it’s a bit smoky.”

“I have been twice recently and had great experiences both times. On Mothers Day it was very busy and we still had the best service. Our waiter Daniel was awesome and Abbie & Michelle at the bar area were great too. The hostesses were very friendly as well. Then we just did a girls night out and our server James was so fun and attentive! Great times and can't wait to go back.”

“The room was really nice! My family and I enjoyed our stay, room nice and clean. We had a pipe burst in our house and we chose to stay at towne place. Also, they gave me 4 sets of decaf coffee in room I wish I would of got two regular and 2 decaf. But not a big deal, enjoyed our stay, thank ”
“Okay… this place has my heart! Reminds me of movie theaters i went to as a child. It has all the same movies as the fancy theaters but waaaay cheaper!!! Not luxurious… but no complaints about the quality of movie and concessions are great too!”

“I booked my vacation not knowing anything about lake las vegas. I have been to vegas a hundred times but never thought of staying over there. It was mine & my wifes bday weekend, I wanted to suprise her with a nice quiet & relaxing getaway. I was very pleased with the whole hotel/resort. The staff was accomodating & the rooms were great. A big plus to the resort was that it was dog friendly. I would definitely stay there again. One of my best vegas getaways for sure.”

“Came here for my 32 birthday today with my wife server did great job very friendly I got coupon for my birthday for free meal total for my wife's and are two drinks $60.78 since they gave me free meal server got left 18 percent tip for doing such great job highly recommend trying them out well be back as well didn't have ask for meats or anything they brought sothem are table often been just us two well worth trying highly recommend it as well I couldn't even take half the pictures of the food they brought us it was so much”
