“I took my dog shopping there and we were both welcomed by everyone who works there. They couldn't have been more attentive during our shopping. I then had a very complicated gift card situation, and they all were EXTREMELY patient, friendly, and helpful in figuring out the transaction. I'm so pleased with everyone I met at this store!!!”

I’m from NY and a hoodie for my son was sold at a store by me and I thought I would never get this hoodie. I called this store and gave the style number and this lady saved the day for me !! It may not be a lot to others but for me CUSTOMer Service is everything and not only did she hold the hoodie for me, but she was a pleasure in person as well. “The girl in the front was so helpful. She was smiling and greeted me hello, which I didn't expect as I was walking my way towards the exit. Which was all the difference in me walking back and asking her for advice on the fit of a certain shirt. She recommended I size down and when I came home, I tried it on and it fit perfectly! I wish I knew her name. Kindness is everything in retail and all the difference in make or breaking a sale. I was pleasantly surprised in the best way.”

“Location, location, location! Edgewater New Jersey Express. The area alone gets 5 stars for its beautiful views of Manhattan. Quality clothing at a low price. This store is never crowded. I usually go there for quick returns. Returning items by mail is the opposite of express. Work pants is the main goal here. Sales are always popping up. 40,50 and 60%. Wait for the 60% if you can, it's worth it and will always happen. I've seen their pants sell as low as $38 each and I only buy when it hits that number. Like stock, buy low. You won't be disappointed.”

“My mom and I got lost, and we were running very late to our appointment. Kay was wonderful! She waited for us and helped us find the right wig. She was welcoming and friendly and gave us great tips. We left highly satisfied and with not one but two wigs! I highly recommend this place because of their excellent customer service and very reasonable prices.”
