“Great customer service, everyone remembers your name.Very engaging tellers, knowledgeable, helpful, and always friendly even when it's a busy lunch rush or there's a million people in line and it's about to close.If you're getting large sums of money or cash for the holidays, make sure to call in advance so they have enough cash on hand in the denominations you want. One of the few banks left with in-person tellers and cash. Many banks are switching to ATMs and one personal banker or tellers behind a screen in a building.I am so thankful for the employees at Santander and their professional, polite demeanor.”

“The account that they have if you are 50 or over has no fees and actually reimburses you for out of network ATM fees. The tellers are pleasant, there is never a long line, it's a wonderful bank.”
