“I desperately needed a notary and none in my area were convenient. I called the UPS store and they suggested I try this bank. I called and Kerry told me the notary was there until 7! I made it here and they explained and took care of me immediately.wanda Torres, the notary took care of it all and was extremely professional and kind. BTW, parking is a dream!”

“a ok chase bank in astoria that was able to help me with some money transfers for an elderly relative as long as i had the correct authentic paperwork and other documents ready for inspection . the customer service rep who helped me seem to know what he was doing as he was quick on his computer doing whatever he needed to do. while i was waiting its funny how banking at your local branch has change over the years due to online banking . no longer are multiple window tellers needed , no longer long lines and now most action is done via the self service atms in the lobby, how times have changed. great , all my transfers are done and now its time to grab a gyro.”

“Most banks ask you to sit down and wait for service but at this location I was assisted professionally and quick. Bank teller welcomed me and directed me to the person I had to see. Employee Sherlay was super friendly and helped me during my visit. Thanks again”

“I can always rely on the ATMs to work for deposits or withdrawals. Never had a problem with my experience at the counter or a representative. Sometimes there’s a line for the counter because people are being difficult. I come here atleast twice a week”

“They're nothing special, although I've been happy with them. They're small and only have a handful of branches, but they a part of an ATM network which has free ATMs everywhere, mostly in bodegas and pharmacies, so that really softens the blow of foregoing a national retail bank. All in all, I'm happy to support a smaller bank over Chase or BOA, though, and if you're worried about not having a huge ATM network--it hasn't been a problem.”

“I have been banking with Citi for nearly 20 years all over the country and this branch has the best customer service I've ever experienced. I went in on a weekday to pick up some foreign currency. There was no wait and I was helped by Ximena, who was so kind. She told me one of my CDs was expiring that day and offered to roll it over to a new plan that offered a higher interest rate, it was done within seconds. She also gave me a list of places to visit when she learned where I was traveling. These were all above and beyond things that she really didn't have to do, but really personalized my experience and made me feel welcome. The tellers and staff here give you a small-town banking experience on a busy street in the big city. I will definitely be returning to this branch for all my banking needs!”
