“The employees are freaking awesome. Friendly and helpful with the two questions we had today.Otherwise it's a big box store.Edit: when we were last, a cashier who's register had no one in line came over and bagged our groceries without anyone telling him to or being asked. This seems small, but in a day when other big box stores are pushing hard towards self-checkout, I found this positive both in employees' attitude here and in the use of cashiers in general.”

“I think I filled my car here, I cant think of why else Google asked me to review this place. I have no memory of sunoco so take that as a good thing. Left no bad impression. Left no good impression either by that logic... but what? it's a gas station, if it leaves a good impression then it's not really a gas station now is it?”
“I was skeptical to book here because of the poor reviews. I even had a 90 minute drive (each way) to contemplate. I am so glad I trusted my gut. It was a terrific experience. Thank you from a woman from Utah who is here in western New York for graduate school, you made my day! My appointment was at 12:30 pm and they said the wait would be an hour to an hour and half. The tires I had ordered online were waiting and ready to go. I received a call at about 1:40 pm saying that they were done with the job. All of the staff were great to answer my questions, to explain things the way I could understand, and were so helpful. Also, they were genuinely respectful and kind. Way to go Costco!”

“Finished up working over by this location. Every morning Id stop in and grab a sandwich or a coffee to get my day started. Kingsley the manager was always on top of things and made my mornings which a lot of the time were hectic to begin with a lot easier to get through. Top notch service!”

“I absolutely love Costco. They have so many healthy, clean, and organic food options available at an affordable price. Even their home goods, kitchenware, and clothes are great quality and they always have new inventory to try out. I absolutely love their fruits and veggies sections, but their pre-seasoned pork ribs are the best! We buy it everytime we go and pop it in our ninja grill and we're set for dinner for a few days. We also enjoy their fresh salmon and chicken too. We've bought clothes and shoes from here too and they're great quality through our wear and tear. I wish we have another Costco location in the Liverpool area to make it easier to get to, but driving 20min is certainly worth it.”
