“Love this place; member at what is now Crunch Cicero too. Not nearly as packed, forces you to focus with simple offerings. When I joined, was charged twice on accident; I think the owner herself caught it and had it fixed for me. Always a class to get into, the pool and sauna are well maintained, and they’re updating the A/C and heating right now. Always clean, and nice hours; so many trainers available if you need coaching. My only complaint is that I’m writing this during my morning workout, and usually at this time some guy is walking around thinking he’s drake; yelling his raps louder than my earbuds. Like you can’t film; wish there was a rule about not trying to outdo the radio. Overall this gym is great, choosing a focus on basic offerings over being flashy.”

“Remodeled the gym, lots of new weights/trx equipment but I feel it’s lacking on cardio. Coming here on a weekend is intense. Very hard to get on a machine. Overall decent gym for 9.99$ a monthDaycare center inside for the higher monthly rates, tanning and classes offered also.”

I love the variety of the workouts, kickboxing, weights, trx bands, & ropes. If you’re looking for a great workout and friendly welcoming atmosphere this is the place for you!”

“I have never taken at " Camp" class and it was awesome. Coach Maura did a great job coaching the class and it was an intense workout that left me dripping in sweat ! I loved every minute of it. If you have not been to a " Camp" class you need to try it. The facility was neat clean and well organized. Great job SCF !”

“Trillium offers a great range of equipment and classes suitable for all fitness levels. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plus, there’s always a positive and motivating atmosphere. A big plus (at least for me) is that they offer Les Mills classes including Bodypump which is my all time favorite. All in all, I definitely recommend this gym!”

“The entire staff is welcoming, the studio is always clean (let's see how snow and ice are addressed - always a challenge around here), Coaches are all engaging/educating on form/welcoming to see everyone. I've seen photos from friends in their own local studios that have really shown a team despite an "individual" workout. It's one of the best workouts I've found. I show up early, check-in, visit with some folks, do my workout, and head home. Staff and other members are happy to see each other (and ask where you've been; is everything all right?).And regular self-competitions throughout the year are fun and motivating.”

“I have been a member since 2007. I love the team at Elevate. The trainers and all the staff are always wonderful. The gym is always clean! The machines and equipment are always in good shape. One of the nicest features about this gym is its size. You never feel like you’re on top of anyone working out. It’s a big open space and very well laid out. I also love the high ceilings and the big windows that let in natural light.”

“To say that I consider myself lucky to be a client of Dynamic Health and Fitness is an understatement. When I tore the labrum in my hip, I was a very active 38 year old. After a year of physical therapy, chiropractic, etc., I still couldn’t even walk through a grocery store without pain and was definitely scared. I was sent for an MRI, which revealed the tear, and referred to an orthopedic surgeon. There, I was told the treatment was open hip surgery, an invasive and major surgical procedure requiring days in the hospital and at least six weeks on crutches or a walker. After doing research, I found the surgery was successful for less than half of the patients, wasn’t very successful at reducing pain, and most did not return to their normal activity level, pre injury. Many eventually went on to have hip replacements later. I couldn’t accept this and kept researching for another solution, which led me to DHF. It was my last and only small hope. After a consultation with Nick, who spent time evaluating the injury, my history, etc., he told me how he could help. After seeing multiple orthopedic surgeons whose opinions were all alike, physical therapists, chiropractors, etc. where I couldn’t find relief, I was skeptical. That was four years ago. Thanks to working with Nick, my body is strong, resilient, and balanced with no pain. With his intelligence, knowledge, caring and dedication, I’m in the best physical condition of my entire life and I’m rarely reminded my hip is even injured. For me, this is nothing short of a miracle.”

“Best gym out there in my opinion. Staff is friendly and helpful. 24 hour access! The owner (Jason) takes pride in his business and you’re never treated like a number but more of a family member! Jason also invited me to train with him and give me advice. I don’t see other gyms offering to do this with out having to pay personal training fees, he goes above and beyond what is expected. You don’t get this kind of service anywhere. The gym is always being cleaned and upgraded with the best equipment! Everyone who works out is friendly and always helping each other be better than when they walked in. Not your typical gym atmosphere, but more like a family! Thank you Jason.”

“Love this place! It’s conveniently located, 24-hours with locked door/tag access (it makes me feel safe), nobody with tripods taking up space for hours, and everyone is so welcoming- powerlifters and beginners alike. I have to attribute my ability to stay consistent and comfortable with my fitness journey to this place. I’ve brought friends here to try it out and their first day is free! The owner has always been really accommodating and the staff are really friendly ☺️ if you want to go to a gym that has nice equipment, isn’t overly crowded, and has a lot of personality- check it out!”

“A solid gym. Doesn't have an endless supply of fancy machines and such but it has what you need. To pair with the machines and free weights is a generously sized free space where you can customize a workout to your taste, be it plyometrics, boxing, trampoline work, et al. Not to mention a studio for the stationary bike lovers.Everything is clean and well maintained and the benches are FIRM. Maybe that's a personal thing but I don't want to melt into my bench when I'm lifting heavy weights.The bathrooms are nice and the showers come with a wand and a rainforest-from-the-top feature which is an interesting change of pace.All in all a good gym that makes up for what it lacks with the space for creativity.”

“Gyms usually fill me with anxiety, so I have largely avoided them for most of my life.This space is different, however.I feel safe and welcomed, I am able to ask questions and receive answers without judgement or ridicule.I am able to now work out with the strongman group there, and through them I am learning about gym equipment, technique, and building self confidence.I highly recommend this place.Very trans and women friendly.”

“Hal Welsh YMCA is like being with a family who cares about you. I am always greeted by my first name and feel welcome to be there. The facility itself is spacious and clean. I enjoy my aqua water classes, and coffee time with friends after working out. I have found my second home here! It is more than just a gym - the Y gives back so much to the community and is a great place for children and teens to learn and grow. The atmosphere is always positive. I have made many new friends at the Y and also find it as a great social outlet. I could go on and on about how much I enjoy Hal Welsh YMCA in Fayetteville, NY.!”

“I was looking for alternative locations regarding Pickleball. Although I have been to the Downtown YMCA a few times I did not know it very well. Following one visit I noticed the Y had set up times, court space and equipment for Pickleball but few people were utilizing the opportunity. With some encouragement from Staff and Max, the Director, I helped get the word out and now am making new friends playing hours of Pickleball that I could not do anywhere else with excellent mostly unknown facilities and equipment.”
