I have been there a few times over the years, and I ended up scoring the bits to bring my relics back to life well past the warranty that expired around the time the paper schematics disintegrated. I stopped in and one of the employees talked through the possible problems, and in all of maybe 15 minutes he was able to figure out and correct the problem for me. It's worth noting, I had already spoke to the manufacturer of the radio, and even they were unable to figure out the problem. Very happy with my experience here.”

“Was referred to Hiram’s and I was blown away (no pun) by the grade A service provided! These guys are ultra flexible, and friendly! Although I needed a special order tire they had it delivered prior to my service date to ensure punctuality. I waited for my vehicle at the facility, and they were finished almost 30 minutes ahead of schedule. When other 1st time customers showed up via walk in, they gave them necessary info to make the purchase that fit them and their budget, without pressure selling. So glad I was referred here…Customer 4 Life !”
“Because I am quite careless, I tend to break my phone more often than the average person. Due to this, I have frequented every Cricket store in the CNY area. I went in on 9/22 to replace yet another phone. The guys working were fantastic. I have never felt so UNpressured in a store. They did not try to upsell me at all and were extremely accommodating (perhaps they sensed I knew what I wanted as I am quite routined now). I feel awful but I do not remember their names... sorry guys! But I am confident I will be back soon enough.”

“I live about 20 miles from ra-lins and I had bought recently bought a new rifle (ruger pcc in 9mm) from a local gun dealer near me. He was retiring and I got a great price , Cept something was wrong with factory setup. It wouldn't hold zero at any distance. I couldn't find a local smith and A friend suggested ra-Lin. I told him I needed a gun smith not a microwave. Anyway! I brought it to Ra-Lin. Their smith, yes smith. Looked at it , showed me how to adjust the break down feature, bore sighted, it. Handed it back to me and said to try that. It was dead on. One hole all day long out to 75 yards or so. That's using a sig holo sight. Pretty good for these old eyes and a pistol caliber carbine. I asked him for a price for the lesson and the work. He just smiled and said " you'll be back ". He's right. Great job.”
