“Great easy experience and everyone was super friendly and helpful. From the bus pick up, service desk, getting your car and being greeted at return drop off. They are happy to help you. Arrived at terminal C at LaGuardia and bus picks up right outside and drops you off right to the door.”

“I needed to rent a cargo van and called U-save. We were flying in from Louisiana to LGA and knew nothing about rental van companies in the area. We went with U-Save and the experience was excellent. Our rental was a nice Mercedes van. They even armor-all’d the tires. We drove around NYC in cargo style, lol.Note: their insurance verification process includes the need to verbally confirm with the insurance company. That’s not a problem but my insurance company’s phone tree couldn’t give the confirmation needed. This meant the U-save rep called me and I had to take time to call the insurance company. Although it was necessary, it was inconveniencing.Overall, the rental experience was great and the service was friendly. Would definitely recommend and would rent again.”

“Update: SIXT reached out to me, apologized and provided a discount for the past rental, Feel better now.--------------This place is smaller compared to other rental car companies near LGA. I booked a midsize car from Expedia, and they don't offer flexible cancellation options, which is fine. However, upon arrival, they only had luxury cars available. The staff then insisted I pay extra for the upgrade. After I refused, they eventually agreed to provide the luxury car at no additional cost. While this should have been a positive outcome, I'm frustrated by the initial request for extra payment, especially considering it was their fault for not having the midsize car available.Additionally, be aware of the 12% A1 share rental car tax and other taxes and fees. When adding the Ezpass option for $28, it increased the tax fees significantly, which seems unfair. I booked with SixT and had to pay the A1 share rental car tax separately. This inconsistency doesn't make sense.The returning experience is good, the staff is very nice and efficient.”
