If you ask her a question and she don’t know the answer she will get find the answer. We did the application online and gave her all the information she needed. We walked in for our slotted time well actually 45 min early. And we were only in building for 30 min doing paper work. She makes sure everything goes smoothly. When we get to the car she will help hook everything up and help you understand the features before you leave. Which is nice because the forte was for my god daughter which has never owned a car before. Which makes it a nice experience for a first time buyer and now she will not be intimidated for her next purchase later in life.
