She took care of me promptly though I didn't have an appointment. The woman at the receptionist desk was also friendly. The branch is 35 miles from where I live but it paid off in an overall great experience.”

My 4 year old grandaughter who had to used the bathroom then and there or else. He was kind enough to let me use the employee bathroom in this emergency even thought they are usually for employees only to my understanding. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. I've been a customer of Key Band for many years and will continue to do so because of this little act of kindness.”
