“I traveled to Rhode Island for a Healthcare Agency I work for and I lived in Connecticut. I read the reviews on this location so I went there and got a post office box to get my mail forwarded from New Orleans. There I met Chris!! he is the reason for these 5 stars if I could I would give him 10 stars because he is excellent!! Very kind, friendly and sincerely cares about you receiving your mail. Chris explained everything to me and also taught me some things I didn't know about how the post office and mail issues are handled. Chris really made me feel like a valued customer and friend so many miles away from home. Thank you so much Chris for everything and when I am traveling back to Connecticut I won't hesitate to come and see you. Shouts out!! From New Orleans!!! "GEAUX CHRIS"!!! You rock!!!”
“It’s our favorite post office. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. There is a convenient parking lot with a drive up mailbox is you’re in a hurry. However keep an eye the time - the hours are limited.”

“I just want to shout out Staple’s best employee Megan. She made my ups drop off seamless! Every question I had she answered and was patient and explained things throughly. I needed help with making the box smaller for my item that needed to be shipped and she helped with that as well. Every concern or question she always knew exactly what to do or say. I am really happy she was there! She definitely needs a raise! And if she isn’t a supervisor already she has all the best traits to become one! I left Staples very happy! “I can’t say enough about how helpful and kindly I was treated today at the Groton store. I had a 53 pound box and the gentleman offered to bring it into the store for me and when he couldn’t scan the return label he helped me contact the vendor to get a printable label.He made me feel like he cared about me completing the transaction and did everything to make that happen.Although I am a Floridian, I do spend time in Groton/Mystic area and certainly will remember this store.JuneSent from my iPad”
