Barbra in the office was acomodating despite the fact I was in a bit of a time crunch and i came in at the last minute. And the repairman Wilson had the job done within 45 min (fixed a bent rim, balancing all tires AND rotation) all for less the half the cost of replacing the bent rim at the dealer. (95$ instead of 245$)Credit also goes to Milka for ⭐️Friendliness: 6/5⭐️⭐️”

“I can't say enough about the service here. I had a tire blowout from a pothole. I have a rare tire size on my SUV, and they were able to get the tire, mount and balance it for less than just the tire cost on TireRack! When I (happily) paid, the Manager Ryan told me I could get a free, exterior and interior on premise car for free because I purchased one tire! That's service! I'm a happy camper.”

Zak was incredible--so helpful and very fair, giving us more than we'd hoped for on our trade in, and making the entire process so easy.More than 35 years ago, I bought my first used car from Siena's. I was treated fairly and with so much respect that when it came time to buy another used car several years later, I went back. After this most recent experience, we'll never go anywhere else again for our used vehicles.”
“We decided to use Sam's club to order our Christmas cards this year and paid for expedited 2 day shipping. After 4 days we had yet to receive our order and contacted Sam's club for resolution. We were advised the order was shipped that day and we would receive in a few days. For compensation they emailed us a $10 gift card to use at Walmart. Shipping was $12 and we get compensated with a $10 gift card to buy more things from them? What a horrible resolution to our complaint. However, I wish that was the last of our issues with this order. We received the order today and they shorted us 35 envelopes and spelled our family name wrong on all the cards! I sent them a message advising that we would not be utilizing their services in the future..which is the only thing I can do at this point. So..my original review was one star. However I am changing my review because of the following.I received a professional response via Yelp from a Sam's Club rep apologizing for the issue. I replied to the email trail I had going with their service department also explaining the problems with my delivered order. The rep replied advising I would receive a 100% refund for my order. I am very surprised on how fast their service department worked and was very happy with their proposed resolution. I am used to receiving horrible service from large companies and Sam's Club/Walmart is one of the biggest in the country. I am very impressed and would love if other companies would take as much pride in their service as Sam's club does.”

“Fit me in on a particularly busy day with limited mechanics on. Darrin was an absolute lifesaver, and such a nice person to do work with. I fully trusted his take on the situation and he was apt to go above and beyond helping me diagnose, solve, and even find parts at the dealership on a Saturday for a diesel van. Not easy! Can’t say enough good things about this place and service. Always been my go to but this time and many others they went over and beyond.”
“Friday night I hit a pothole and ruined my tire. So, the following day I drove around Middletown for about an hr looking for someone to help me place a full spare on. Every shop I went to told me how busy they were and how they couldn’t help. FINALLY I go into Monro shop and John (pretty sure that was his name) explained to me how busy they were, but that they can help me. He asked me to leave the car but quickly realized I didn’t have a way around for the car to be dropped off. John told me that they will mount the tire and then call me when they are ready to place. A couple of hrs later i got the phone call and as soon as I get there - car is taken back and in 5 mins they were done! They also placed my spare and tools back in the trunk neatly and I couldn’t have been more thankful. Monro - you guys are absolutely amazing…especially on a Saturday! Thank you so much! Definitely a 10/10 on everything!”

“My daughter & I are from Rhode Island to train jiujitsu in Warwick NY for a few days. Then we noticed a clanking noise on our car. I’m not comfortable driving back to RI with that weird noise. We passed by Mavis tire supply and asked if they can check what’s going on. They were very nice to squeeze us in, and check the issue. They drove the car around and brought it in the shop. They lifted the car, removed the wheel were the noise was coming from. They inspected everything and told me the car was safe to drive back home.They didn’t charge me anything at all, and I really appreciate that.There are still nice people & business that still existThank you again!I highly recommend Mavis Tire Supply!”
