After hearing so much about this spot, was treated by a friend to some vegetarian momos, veggie samosas, and a mango lassi. I’ve had momos once before and didn’t enjoy, but these definitely changed my view for the better. I was hooked on the peanut orange sauce and spicy red sauce that came with them; use with caution if you’re sensitive to heat like myself. The samosa was amazing and I enjoyed the crispy flavor of the shell with the sweet sauce. I never had such a filling, thick mango lassi before— will be my go-to drink going forward here. The woman behind the cashier that also worked on preparing the food was super sweet and patient with ordering. Will be back again to try the paratha cheesy momo wrap and paratha breakfast wrap!

Polite service and the Mo Mo dumplings are really good as is the dipping sauce. The store is small, but the prices are fair and there are some specialty Asian items

My go-to for Indian/Nepali food in the area. Great prices for delicious, counter-serve food. My favorite was the chicken jhol momo, but you can’t go wrong with anything.

Amazing steamed chicken momo, chicken biryani, samosas, and chili chicken. Delicious food + groceries and classic pantry items from Nepal and India. Totally worth a visit if you're in the area!

One of the best bacon egg and cheeses in the neighborhood. The paratha is buttery, flaky, and delicious. Got some cilantro chutney on the side. Amazing.

That sounds like a wonderful place to find a wide variety of Nepali grocery items and delicious Nepali food! Delis and grocery stores often cater to specific cultural communities, providing a convenient and familiar shopping experience for people seeking ingredients and products from their home country. In such a Nepali-focused deli and grocery, you can expect to find staple items such as rice, lentils, spices, and cooking oils commonly used in Nepali cuisine. Additionally, you may come across unique ingredients like gundruk (fermented leafy greens), timur (Sichuan pepper), and various types of pickles and chutneys.Alongside the grocery section, the deli might offer freshly prepared Nepali dishes that you can enjoy on-site or take home. These could include momo (dumplings), dal bhat (rice and lentils), sel roti (a sweet rice bread), and a range of curries, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.It's worth noting that while some places might use the term "deli" to refer to a store that sells prepared foods, others may use it to describe a small eatery specializing in sandwiches and quick meals. Therefore, the exact offerings and setup may vary. However, the primary focus will be on providing authentic Nepali grocery items and tasty food options. If you're specifically looking for such a place, I would recommend searching online directories, local Nepali community forums, or social media platforms to find Nepali delis and grocery stores in your area.

I ordered delivery, wow everything is amazing! Chicken momos, chili veg momos, the paratha cheese wrap! Blown away lol. Also the samosas are huge. Prices are reasonable, plus they gave a side salad and plenty of sauces for everything. Definitely recommend!

My god, the food here is incredible. Best chicken biryani I’ve ever had. The mango lassi’s are wonderful. This is an absolute hidden gem, not to mention it’s a grocery with more unique foods you can’t normally find. Protect this place at all costs!!

SO DELICIOUS! I love Mount Everest and so do all my friends who live in the neighborhood. The momos and chili chicken were insanely good. They also have a great selection of grocery items. Seriously one of my favorite places in all of NY.
