Our Malchi Kobe saw Dr Kaye today. Although our pup is not feeling so well I must say that as always DrKaye and his assistant and the staff were so supportive and helpful to our pup and us. It’s nice to know that they truly care about your little family member .. and to boot the beautiful receptionist gave me free cat food samples for our outside feral cat Twinkles to take home!!!!! She loves it too !!! She went out of her way to give us bags and cases samples of food !!! Kindness goes along way and this office always goes above and beyond!

Dr Benson was so kind and helpful (including an unsolicited call to check on my sick cat). He explained clearly what the problems were after scheduling appropriate tests. Unfortunately the prognosis wasn't good but I can't imagine a more thoughtful or more caring vet. I can't speak about the other vets there but he was amazing and the staff was very compassionate.

Very unhappy. When my dog was dying. The doctor Ko was indifferent. As I left, I just wanted to get the answer from him again that my dog was dying. But he was very impatient. And he rolled his eyes at me. When I decided to take my dog home and let my dog spend his last days with my family. The doctor Ko gave a look of great incomprehension. And said my dog needed to stay in their clinic and be euthanized, and my dog don't need to come home with me.

It was my first time there, the staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor was terrific; a real human that you can talk to and talks back. Gentle and extremely competent. The facility was immaculate and nicely decorated. I’m a physician and I’m very critical, and this is how I ran my office. You won’t be disappointed.

Staff is great. Veterinarians are top-notch. It's a little expensive, but when it comes to your pet, you want the best, and they are. I trust them 100 %. They saved my dogs life when other vets didn't want to put in the effort.

Recently switched to Pet Doctor since my original vet retired. Highly recommend Pet doctor for the following reasons: was able to book an emergency appointment the day I called (1st visit); parking easy; clean and spacious waiting area; the staff behind the desk were friendly, well organized and informative; Dr. Benson was very professional, diagnosed Tessa and set her on a course of treatment which worked. The practice followed up and all is well.

Awesome staff and awesome doctors. My pup Rottweiler (Macho) . They are very caring. I've been talking my 4 legged kids there for quite some time.
