“After checking out several luxury apartments in the Bayside and Great Neck areas, 15 Bond was a no-brainer. The location, conveniences like Tesla chargers, all new units and most utilities and internet included made it the perfect place for us while also having the best value. We worked with Jenna and she was patient and informative showing us all the units that made sense for us until we found the perfect one. Ashley, who is the community manager, was a great help as well.”

“Had a great time playing at the Towers. The course was well maintained with nice rolling fairways, bunkers protecting greens, and fast greens. I highly recommend playing it, if you get the opportunity. The staff in the clubhouse and restaurant were very friendly and we a loved the food. A+”

“I picked up my key to move in literally the day after the transfer of ownership. In fact, my lease was an Avalon lease. Tomorrow I'll be signing my first Fairfield lease. I love this place. I'm honestly pretty shocked at the other reviews on here because I think it's great. I did live in a terrible place before so this is a huge upgrade for me, but I just don't understand why this place is getting so much hate.I love John and Sylvia in concierge. They're so amazing and sweet and extremely helpful. Guy in the south building is so awesome too.My husband and I can barely afford this place, but we're so happy to be here.Yes, there's a lot of construction all the time, but it's only because they're renovating each apartment between tenants. They're working on making this place so modern and beautiful. I have one of the older apartments and I still think it's really nice. There's great soundproofing between the apartments and I LOVE the new keyless Latch lock system they've added. There are only two things that bother me, one being that quite a bit of noise comes through the windows from the street. The other is that we pay an amenity fee every month, but then there's a fee on top of that if we actually want to use them (this doesn't include the fitness room or pool - no extra fee for those). There's a little lounge in the North building that I wanted to reserve for my husband and I and 2 friends; the cost would have been $350! That just seems crazy to me.Those are the only complaints I have though. This place really feels like home to us and we're really happy to be here. <3”

“Real estate agent Mary Kennedy is a true professional. She was always available to answer questions and keep us informed. From the moment we contracted her as our representative, we felt we were in capable hands. Trust me when I say that Mary Kennedy treated us like we were family and that has made all the difference. If I could give her 10 stars I would . Becker Realty is fortunate to have her on their staff.”

“I visited The Skyline on January 5th and I had a wonderful experience, first with the friendly concierges, then with Cindy, who treated me with respect and kindness and then Nick Renna who was very professional, patient and courteous with me and with all residents we encounter in the elevators and corridors. I can only commend the staff at the Skyline. I will not be moving to New Rochelle yet but my experience at Skyline was very good.”

“Spring creek is one of the best when I first moved here in the summer and on the weekends it was a little noise but it’s very calm they have amazing events that are so fun. The only thing is sometimes they get the mail mixed up.other than that me and my family love it here.”

“This property is amazing! The amenities are cool as well. I moved into a one bedroom at Moda a few months ago. It’s close to the train and lots of stores. The building hosts some thoughtful events for residents. My apartment is spacious and the building is super clean and beautiful. I had previously saw some negative reviews and decided to check it out for myself and I'm thankful I did because I love my apartment.”

“Ive lived in the Drake House for almost 3 years and while its no trump tower, for your money you cant go wrong. The apartments are big with plenty of closet space, updated kitchen and bath, gas cooking, hardwood and ceramic tile floors. Laundry is in the basement, and I rarely have to wait for a machine. Indoor and outdoor parking is available for relatively cheap though I've chosen to park on the street to save money. The only serious problem I had was when a unit upstairs began leaking water into our bathroom wall. When we realized this happened , we notified maintenance and they had it fixed within a few days (they get a B for that job).My only real complaint with the apartment is that theres no ventilation in the kitchen (which is somewhat small and closed off). I cook alot which causes a film of (pressumably) grease to build up on all of the cabinets and appliances.Overall, this place isnt bad and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a decent place to live in the NYC area and doesnt have the money to rent in a luxury building or doesnt want to live in a multi-family house.”

“Just moved in here a couple of weeks ago. We needed the apartment quickly, and Linda at the leasing office was extremely helpful in every step of the process. She was very responsive, and responded to our emails even on her holidays, and worked with her corporate office to expedite and to ensure things go smoothly. Also, we had a few maintenance items, and they were all taken care of very quickly by Oscar and Denis. I found everyone in the staff to be friendly and tried to help. So far, our experience has been positive.”

“I have lived in an Ossining, NY Milio Management run property for 2 years and have no complaints. Franco Milio has been a great landlord, fair and kind. The office staff is very responsive to all issues, seeing them through until there is resolve. The building's superintendent, Gil, is absolutely fantastic and the neighbors are wonderful. Great experience!”

“Had the pleasure of living here for 7 years.Let me just say that during Covid all the workers were working overtime following all guidelines and keeping the building CLEAN.They are up to date with appliances and Apps for putting in service requests. Very fast and easy to use.Maintenance staff is truly one of a kind and hard working.Prime location (express LIRR will get you into penn station in 10 mins LITERALLY)Sweet and kind neighbors. Safe neighborhood.Surrounding businesses are closed by 9/10 so it’s very quiet at night which is a huge plus.I would recommend this residential building to all my friends and family :)”

“I have read reviews and i don't understand most of negative reviews. My experience was great. Lease application was approved very promptly in less than 24 hours. Jonathan is the most pleasant person to deal with and front desk Frank is just the bomb. I love the building and all my interactions so far were super positive. Apartment is also nice and large. Highly recommend.”
