“I'm trying to create a small, but great collection of wine. Wine-Searcher.com is helping me find obscure wine shops that sell excellent wine. Blue Streak Wines & Spirits is a bit off the beaten path. It is difficult to reach by mass transportation, and street parking is nearly impossible. My search for a 2018 Mayacamas Cabernet, and a 2017 Corison Cabernet led me to Long Island City. The shop itself is small, but there are some very interesting wines that are fairly priced. I plan to return.”

“Hunter's Point Wines is my favorite wine shop in NYC. They have a very large selection of quality wines from all over the world at great prices. The staff is kind & knowledgeable, they are readily available to assist with any questions and they have recommended delicious wines based on my preferences on multiple occasions. They are also pet friendly which is a major plus! They deliver within LIC and I love that they have spirit and wine tastings throughout the month. They are definitely my go-to shop for wine, I highly recommend them!”
