**************** is really bad, I asked to cancel my order because it took a whole 6 days just to be processed and shipped, still waiting on delivery, and now their customer service is ignoring my emails, I asked for it to be canceled but of course it miraculously shipped after I complained, but still no reply despite an automated reply stating that they would within 1 or 2 days. It's going on 4 now.

Do not order from this company! They take weeks or months to ship, they cancel items from orders and don't refund you, and their customer service agents won't respond to any order-specific inquiries. Also, after taking such an unreasonably long time to ship, they give customers 5 days to make returns at the customer's own cost using the customer's own label and won't even provide an RMA, so even if you're ok with this policy in theory, don't expect to actually get refunded. The absolute worst. I loved this company in the 90s and hate what it's become.

Went to the location, came up to the 4th floor. Nothing there other than a door with the number 4 on it, which wasnt open. I dont know if the place shut down or you have to order whatever youre buying and pick it up there. The information on this place seems to be extremely outdated

First time customer, placed order of over $100. Order was damaged in transit possibly due to poor packing, and was returned to their warehouse. Their policy is not to resend orders and to provide refunds instead, which is problematic to begin with. To date, no refund has been received in over a month. Multiple email inquiries and voice mail messages were ignored, when finally able to talk to a customer service rep on the phone, a manager (unavailable at the time) was needed to discuss the issue and they did not contact me either. Do not order from this company online. They are unreliable, have abysmal customer service structure, and do not seem to follow through on their financial responsibility to customers - this is basically taking the money and running.

As if today I've never received a package I paid for 1 month ago. Through the month of June I attempted on multiple occasions to reach customer service by the phone. On no less than 4 occasions, I listened through the voice mail announcement only to be told that the mail box was full and not accepting any messages.Additionally, during this time I pursued information through USPS and Postal Inspection Service.On at least 2 occasions, I left messages with the phone operator and was that someone would get back with me. No one ever returned my call or sent any e-mails.when I did receive the response it seemed lackadaisical and disingenuous at best."Hello Dee,Tink answers the general inquiries phone. New customer here. Ordered some bleach, hair dye, and spray dye. Decided to return the bleach and hair dye. They have the most confusing, unorganized return policy and procedure. Website says to call for a return authorization number. When I did, they told me to email customer service. Didn’t hear anything back. After waiting for two days I called customer service back and explained to them I’m trying to get a refund. They told me my return Authorization was in progress and that I would Be getting an email confirmation within 24 hours. After waiting for another two days and not hearing anything back, I called them again and they told me to email customer service. I explained to them that I’ve already tried that and didn’t hear anything back. And they told me that because of the thanksgiving holidays there was a shortage of employees but that I would definitely get a response this time. So I emailed them and their response was that I should send the package back to the address that they provided. Had to spend $10.50 to send it back. After I got home from sending it through the post office a FedEx deliverer came to my home to pick up the package. So I emailed customer service and asked if I would get a refund for the shipping since they sent a FedEx representative to pick it up. Their response was that I would not get a refund because they did not send the FedEx person over to my house to pick up the package. So I guess fedex just randomly goes to people’s homes looking for things to pick up? I don’t think so. Lack of communication within customer service. Poor response speed and bad return policy. Will never order anything from here again.
