“I brought my cat in because he was not eating as usual and seemed listless. He had a cut on his side and I thought it may have gotten infected. I did not have an appointment but the booking assistant squeezed me in and I did not wait long at all. The Dr and her assistant were very kind and thoroughly examined my buddy and did not find any infection or anything seriously wrong but they cleaned the cut and gave him a shot for arthritis (which worked well) - he can now jump up on the bed again! I am very very pleased with this vet and highly recommend them to other pet lovers.”

“If I could give a million star rating I would. Dr. East saw our boy Todd first last week for what we hoped would be a routine check up, upon exam she immediately noted a large abdominal mass and recommended gold standard veterinary care and referrals. She handled our boy with kindness and compassion as well as discussing all of our options thoroughly and answering all of our questions. Yesterday we saw Dr. Ratcliff who also treated our sweet boy with the same dignity, respect, and high quality veterinary care. Completing the first steps of testing for his cancer diagnosis, and carefully selecting the medications he needed to be comfortable. She called us immediately upon receiving test results which unfortunately resulted in Todd’s final veterinary visit at the ER after hours. We were told where to go, what may happen, and Todd’s records were immediately sent out. This vet clinic is efficient, compassionate, and how every vet clinic should be modeled after from the technician’s fear-free approach, the doctor’s high quality of medicine, and the office staff’s efficiency. The office is clean and well thought out to be “fear free certified” which is just another sign of how important your animal’s experience is to this hospital’s staff. Because of this clinic, Todd did not suffer or feel any pain in his final days, and we are forever thankful for that. People like this vet hospital make the world a better place. Thank you.”

“Brought my maltipoo here for an emergency visit. They were kind, caring and accommodating throughout the process. The receptionist on the phone was kind, took the necessary information and was able to provide a sme day appointment. Once I got there the facility was clean, the front desk was efficient, and all of the staff were great. My pup and I had a great experience and would come back for a regular visit as well as an emergency (if needed although I hope not lol)”

“These vets are the best. We started coming here towards the end of our French bulldog’s life, but they definitely saved him more than once and provided medication and guidance on specialists to improve the quality of his remaining days as well. When he passed away (peacefully at home), we had him cremated with them and they provided us with the cutest little paw print keepsake. I saw our vet (Dr. V) on the streets weeks after his passing and she recognized me right away and hugged me for what seemed like forever while I sobbed over our loss.Dr. V and the entire team at Greenpoint Vets are top notch. “My doggie needed teeth cleaning and there was a lump growing on one of her mammary glands. I wanted it taken care of so she can be healthy since she's part of the family! Took a while to get an appointment as a new patient I called a few times just to secure one. Once I got a consultation and saw the veterinarian (who is amazing). So I scheduled her teeth cleaning and surgery day. She's a very small dog around 5lbs she was a bit concerned for her. When I picked her up after surgery she was definitely not happy and snapped at me but I understood the ordeal that she thought I put her through even for her own good! Anyways, after a few days giving her meds and cleaning her wound she started perking up and acting like herself which was faster than I expected! Animals are resilient! I am so glad I found Juniper Valley for my furry bf because it's close by home and there's the beautiful Juniper Park which after appts (not surgery) we can go for a nice walk.”
