“Love shopping in-store to try on items I've been eyeing online and to return any online purchases. It's busy on the weekends and outside of work hours but it's a haven if you can come on during off hours. The staff is always helpful and they do a good job of keeping it clean despite hoards of people throwing clothes around. Only wish there were more stores in NYC!”

“Black owned clothing store on the pricier side but they have good quality clothes for the most part. I bought a couple sweatsuits back in 2020 and they are still in hood standing. My only complaint is that my pants shrunk after I washed them ☹️ overall 10/10 in customer service and they host yearly semi black parties on their anniversary. You also might bump into a celebrity while you shop.”

“Definitely one of the nicest and most well kept malls in the world. Immaculately clean. Plenty of unusual places to get unusual food. Clean bright public bathrooms. But I can't imagine doing any real, practical shopping here. This mall is more of a novelty at the World trade Center complex than it is a truly functional place to get stuff you need. I found the service to be reasonably good. But this is not a cheap place to shop. Most of what you find will be overpriced.”

“One of the largest H&M's in New York City! This one has a lingerie, Home, and baby sections! H&M always has nice pieces of clothing from time to time and seasonal promotional offers. You can find timeless classic pieces of clothing here without dropping your whole wallet. The clothing here is very affordable and you can grab basic items like plain white tees and hoodies for $19.99 or less. Good quality and affordable! That is what attracts customers like me! I recently bought a white dress with gold buttons and it looked so elegant. You can pair it with sneakers, sandals, or dress shoes for any nice occasion. It was also an attractive offer because there were only 2 dresses left, one is a small and the other in extra large size. The small size had a little yarn that was not knit properly but the dress was so nice that I bought it anyways. H&M also has an application where you can scan all your purchases to create a point system. Once you accumulate enough points, you can earn a $5 award and apply it to your next purchase.”

They called the hotline for me to get an amount refunded. You girls in the men's department are the best, even though there's always so much going on, you stay cool and friendly. “I must say this is one of the best looking gaps I’ve ever walked into. It’s occupying one of these vintage buildings that are just humongous with high ceilings and as wide as can be. I was greeted immediately and and the floor layout made everything easy to find.”
“one of the BIGGEST Uniqlo stores I have seen. It was so easy to get lost in the 3 floors this place has. So many good deals and hidden gems through out the store. Despite it being packed with many customers, the service was great and quickly helped us move through lines. They have a custom t-shirt and tote bag service as well. I've never seen that at a uniqlo store, so defiantly will be back to check it out.”

“The store has options mainly for infants, and older children. The toddler selection is very limited. Unfortunately, you’re unable to call to verify the inventory before making the long trip into Manhattan. Such a disappointment.Although my experience wasn’t so great, Jamel went above and beyond during my experience. After being very disappointed in their inventory he assisted me very well.”
“Super smoochie quaint gift shop. Tons of small market or homemade candles, postcards, gift cards, and small bowls and plates. Nice selection of young child to latency age child books-- many seasonal (currently Halloween). Good selection of animal and food Jellycat stuffed animals, too. Some NYC themes board books, and a small but nice collection of infant and young child shirts, onesies, and beanies. Prices are a little on the higher side but it's the West Village and higher end stuff. Great place to get kids and family some alternative souvenirs to the cheap novelty items at most NYC gift shops.”

“The staff at this location is absolutely amazing ! I first shopped there when my ( now almost 5 year old ) twins were a bit over a year . We moved and I shopped either online or visited the locations uptown . I have to exchange 2 pairs of shoes that I ordered online ( they turned out to be a bit too small ). I called customer service and they located the shoes in Tribeca . Jeanette ( so sorry if I misspelled the name ) was absolutely amazing and super patient with me . They only had one pair in the store and she located the other pair for me , ordered them to come to the store so I could pick them up . As soon as they arrived Clara , who is a super charming store manager , called me to let me know they are ready to be picked up . I saw something else online and didn’t hesitate to call the store again knowing that they would be able to help me . I have to mention that it’s quite difficult to buy two of the same kind and often times there is only one item available . The store didn’t disappoint again . Clara and Raquel came to the rescue . My girls love Jacadi clothes . They are of great quality and adorable .I am so glad that I came across the wonderful ladies at the Tribeca store . I know that I can count on their help and they will do everything in their power to make sure that one walks away a happy customer . That is super rare these days . Tribeca store is certainly a gem !!!”
