“Charlie and his staff at our Cicero Country Max are Great! They are so friendly and helpful. Charlie especially, has helped me so many times with things I’ve needed. They have a an assortment of products from cloths to tools and more. Ryan the sales associate is always professional, polite, welcoming and always has a positive attitude. “Every. Single. Time. Brytni does a superb job grooming my adult miniature poodle. My pup is a Prima Donna that loooves attention! So, her time with Brytni is like a spa day. Same superior service and wonderful personality each time we go for a bath, cut, nail grind and teeth cleaning.”

“I recently brought my cat here for his annual vaccinations. Although we were twenty minutes late because my cat resisted going into the carrier, they still accepted us (it wasn’t very crowded on a Tuesday). Everyone was so helpful including the check-in lady and the vet. They answered all of my questions. It was a quick visit and cost me only slightly over a hundred bucks.”

I recommend anyone who is looking for a loving pet go to the Humane Society on Taft Road. They are wonderful wonderful people and I’m so glad I walked in there that day and found my two boys.”

Take a walk through sometime just to see what they have. Also, in the Sprint they have cages of chicks. Now I know why people buy them. “I would like to help feature a current dog that's available at the Syracuse SPCA named "Mitch." I had the opportunity to get to know him this past month visiting with him and even doing a meet and greet with my current dog Sam. He was nothing but a gentle gentlemen around her. I was very close to adopting him but my responsibilities in getting my elder dog to the eventual finish line took me out of contention. That being said, Mitch is legitimately one of the sweetest dogs I've ever come across in my travels. Even in his kennel, when other dog's are getting vocal and energetic, he is as cool/calm a customer as you'll find in that environment-- beyond chill. He knows how to sit and lay down, and if you hand him a treat, he's so gentle taking it from you it almost looks like he's doing it in slow motion! He would be a perfect dog for a home looking for a laid back and loving soul. Unfortunately, he's been there since this past November after arriving as a stray. Bottom line, he deserves a great owner and a great life. As of 3/25/2024 he's still there and ready for his forever home. The picture attached to this review is as recent as last week. So what are you waiting for? Go visit Mitch!! He's a gem! You won't regret it!! The end.”
