Returning customer!!! I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of this shop. I went in not expecting much and the usual grumpy techs who just stare at you and give you unfriendly vibes well not this place.I enjoyed the service that I returned as customer for my other cars and will continue to use them going forward.The owner is very courteous, professional and very honest as well as the rest of the team. My two visits for the type of work I was doing I could have been easily overcharged or ripped off on inferiors parts but not with Auto Tech Pitstop.His practices and prices are fair and competitive.I highly recommend them for all your dealer level type of services or maybe even beyond what a dealership can even do.

I just started coming to this mechanic shop but so far I’ve done my brakes, rotors, change brake fluid, wheel alignment, installation of new tires & oil change for a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee an honestly I can’t complain with the work being they’re very professional and knowledgeable of their trade. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Amazing service! Understood all my mechanical issues, conducted everything in a timely manner. Fixed all and any issues and got my car back in better condition than when I first had dropped it off. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service; very impressed with the time they took to change my rotors, breaks and oil change. If I had went to the dealer would have spent 5 hours just sitting there waiting for them to telling me lies. Auto Tech Pitstop has a great team and the workers are very efficient with the work they do. I would definitely recommend this Auto Shop.

Lifesavers. Caught a flat off the south conduit & Rockaway. Pulled over & did a quick search on G.maps... they were the highest rated & closest. Thank God cause I was practically riding on the rim. They helped me from the moment I said hello. Had a warm waiting area and changed out the spare faster than a pit crew. Very grateful for their service & for accommodating me so quickly.
