Overpriced. I’ve visited stores that sell similar products in NYC, so I understand that eco friendly items and small business cost more. But this store specifically is taking advantage of yuppies who have more to spend. You don’t have to be rich to be eco friendly. Shop elsewhere.

A hidden gem you would never know is in this part of Queens! When you walk inside you're easily slam dunked into the smell goods, which is giving "bath and body works" but much more natural and clean-smelling. The employee there was extremely nice and she let me know that the space in the back is open to just come by and do work in, which I thought was very cool to note. The only flaw truly here was the register is tucked away so it was hard for her to see folks come in, but nonetheless a cute spot in Queens and a neat way to celebrate Earth Day!

I agree with the other reviewer about staff being hostile, right off the bat. One would think the business should be customer oriented but it's not the case with this store. They don't care you entered the store or you are in it browsing, like you don't count. So, why I should I spent my money? The store is airy and modern. The idea of zero waste is a good concept but let's just remember about sanitary and hygiene. Everyone can bring their containers and have a refill from the same container that everyone is putting their hands on. Has anyone forgotten COVID now? I would prefer the same old concept that every customer gets a brand new individually packaged item and not a recycle that has been stained with hundred fingerprints. Maybe it works for some, but Its just not for me.

Came to this location since I was advised that the item I was looking for can be found here. Ditmas location didn't have the item. The employee wasn't as welcoming as the Ditmars Ave in Astoria location, so I walked around looking for the item and found it. Though, I couldn't find the lavender and honey bath salt and finally asked the salesperson. This location didn't have, only the body wash.If you want to save on the plastic bottle, bring a jar to refill your liquid soap, bath soap, body wash, or other items. It's a cute store and if you shop at this location on Tuesday, you get a discount.Come take a look.PS: They open a third location in Park Slope.

I love this place and their refillable stations! I often refill on their soaps, detergents, and loose-leaf teas (the turmeric chai and fruit & flower teas are amazing)It’s also great if you need just a little bit of something like spices, or if you want to try a sustainable product without buying a whole container of it

Home of all things sustainable, zero waste, and environmentally friendly. Lots of new things coming in between the Ditmars and Steinway locations. Discounts for bringing your own jars. Home goods, personal hygiene, and other random items you didn't know you needed. Such cute stores!! My new favorite digs.

I stopped into the new location today to take advantage of happy hour at the refill bar. Ariel was *super* welcoming and helpful, and I'm so glad to see this sustainably-minded local business thriving in Astoria!

One of my favorite stores in the neighborhood! Full of eco friendly products with cleaning supplies, cards, candles, vintage clothing, and more. The best part of the store is the refill station- they have dry pasta and grains, teas, soaps, cleansers, and so much more. You can use one of their containers or bring your own. There is also a refill happy hour where it is 20% off! Besides being just a store they also host community events sometimes. Such a great addition to the neighborhood- I hope they continue to grow!

Absolutely beautiful, natural products! I absolutely fell in love with their preserved flowers WITH an added bonus of already being in glass vases, it was unique indeed and decently priced. Most certainly will visit again, thank you!

This store is great for all household and personal needs. The more that I visit this store the more I learn about how to use less and be more conscious about my consumption.Sustainability aside the products sold here are high quality and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. Make sure to follow their social media to keep track of events and deals going on.
