She is always friendly and incredibly knowledgeable but recently my 6 year old was struggling with taking medication and went above and beyond for us. His pediatrician was incredibly dismissive and I was so frustrated. Melissa has always been amazing, but this was a time I just really needed help and she was there. We are very lucky to have her as our pharmacist.”
“It’s quite simple, they had a medication that my pharmacy did not have and still to this day does not have. I don’t know why, but my speculation is that it has something to do with China!!”

“The self checkouts are very confusing. While I like this store in general, the self-checkouts were constantly telling you to remove item from bag and re-scan when you already scanned the item. This took up way too much time with perishable food among our purchases.”

“I'm a Pharmacist. A former customer was not satisfied and wanted to transfer prescriptions out. CVS pharmacist was very rude and very unprofessional on the phone, refused to transfer the prescriptions because he doesn't have the time to transfer 10 prescriptions and hung up on me. I will be reporting this to the Board of Pharmacy.update:Apparently, the pharmacist I dealt with was a floating pharmacist. The pharmacy manager called and apologized and got the prescriptions transferred. Her name is Marion. she is very professional. If you have any problems talk to her. I updated my review to 4 stars”

“Because it is right in the Target, that makes it easy to do a Target run and grab a prescription. The pharmacists are very nice people. I gave it four stars because of the limited hours, which can sometimes mean a delay in being able to get there to fill a scrip but it hasn't been a huge deal thus far.”
