“EXCELLENT customer service provided here by Jahaira. She was super attentive, knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful. She answered all of our questions got us the phones we wanted, and also reviewed all of options to save us the most money, all while doing it with a smile. Due to phone limits we had to create another account and she explained the process. She even reviewed the other account that was opened at another store to make sure we got all the proper promotions. Only minor complaint is that they did not sign us into the queue right when we entered so they lost track of who was supposed to go next so we got skipped over by 2 customers. However, Jahaira's service was worth the wait!”

“Had to purchase a phone for my daughter but the store in my neighborhood had an issue with their “10 min safe” that refused to open and release the phone. Decided to find a location close to my job, the store on Pitkin popped up.Called ahead to make sure they had the phone and Sam confirmed they did. Went straight there after work, parking was easy. Sam greeted when I walked in and we went straight to business. He made the transaction super easy and smooth. He offered options to add an extra account, phone accessories and a clear insight about what my bill would be.I took note of the fact that even when they were engaged with customers, as others walked in they were keen to greet them and express they’d be with them shortly. I was really proud of the way the entire team handled themselves and their customers. On my way coming to the store I was not able to get to the location as soon as I could due my children with homework and somethings just have to be done. “They finally fixed my issue. The T-Mobile on 125 Street put me on a plan that did not qualify me for a free phone although when they gave me the phone they said it was free. The employee here called the corporate line directly himself and fixed everything!”
“James hooked me up. 5 stars! Like an idiot, i accidentally dropped an allen key wrench set on my phone screen. Screen wouldnt turn on. Found this place nearby around 3pm. Had my phone back by 7pm. I was lucky the parts they needed were available. I'm sure it normally isn't that quick, but James hooked me up. Phone like brand new.”

“Man oh man oh man. I came in to get my TFranklin examined and walked out with a router. That was not my intentions!!! Yesterday on January 4th I received topnotch customer service off the bat(Great sales people too if I might add), from any experience I've had with other phone companies/internet. Although when I came in it was slightly busy but I didn't wait long at I was noticed when I came in and when the lady( I believe she was the manger, forgot to ask for her name) was done with one customer she quickly came to me and asked how could I be helped. From There I was introduce to Robert, who is very knowledgable & helpful (which I later discovered is a Pokemon master). Answered all of my questions no problem convinced me to get a router and now here we are in the review section at 10am. Thanks for the great service really helped a brotha out I almost forgot we was in East New York.”

“I came in for an equipment swap of my very old remote. Brandon spotted me immediately with my remote,. He took it from me and handed me a brand new one without saying a word. Amazing the whole transaction took mabe 15 seconds. He had a polite professional smile on his face the whole time.
