“Windshield replacement due to flying stone on NYS Thruway. Safellite took care of all the paperwork and scheduled me with a 2:30pm appointment. I got there a 2:10pm and was out on the road at 3:00pm. Great service and it looks perfect.”

“We had a window that had a broken seal that needed to be repaired. I contacted the original company, which installed the window. A person from the company came put and said that he had recently taken over the company from a deceased relative. He said a new window would be ordered and would take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to come in. After 1.5 weeks, I called to follow up on the replacement, and he told me he hadn't ordered it yet. I told him to never mind and that I would go with someone else.I called the Glass Doctor of Syracuse, and not only was Lauren very polite when she answered my call, she was able to send someone out right away. The window took about 1.5 weeks to get replaced. Shon and Ryan were very polite and installed the new window quickly. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if needed in the future.”
