Piggy BedSpreads LLC
7243 State Fair Blvd STE 5, SyracuseI really love Piggy BedSpreads! They are made well, wash beautifully, and are so very soft with the cutest prints! I got hooked on them for my last Guinea Pig, when I got another, I knew he also needed to have them! I like how far they cover the cage instead of just trying to keep the bottom covered this will also cover the sides. I like that fact because it keeps my piggies warmer and just feels cuddlier for them as well.Plus this way when they are jumping like crazy they have a softer area in case they get too close to the sides. The last time I ordered these was maybe 6 years ago and they took awhile to ship, which is completely understandable. It seems to be a small business and they make them all when ordered. This time I was very surprised that they shipped and got here really quickly!I just really like their products. I was also finding it hard to get something fleece related that covered my piggies cage completely. GuineaDad’s were always a bit short but Piggy Bedspreads give extra room so I don’t need to fill that area with extra fluffy things for my piggies. I highly recommend Piggy BedSpreads!

Peckomatic
6562 Ridings Rd, SyracuseExcellent feeder! We've used many types and this is the best by far...it has eliminated wasted food and helped cut down on rodent activity. It sounds funny but I think the chickens actually like this feeder better too :)

Pet Grooming
Plush Spa
4922 W Seneca Turnpike, SyracuseIt’s a real spa for dogs and they give your pet top notch spa treatment. Calm clean environment. I love that you can see what’s going on, most groomers take your dog to the back and u can’t see what they do. Tiki Boo (Toy Pug) usually needs Gabapentin before appointments for anxiety but has not needed it since going to Plush Spa. She loves the staff!! They make sure all her wrinkles and creases are thoroughly cleaned, nails are properly cut down without bleeding. Her coat is shining and she smells amazing.Tiki is a 13 yr old pug, I like her to be really clean and well groomed all the time so I take her at least 1x month. BEST GROOMER I have ever experienced!!!!!!! ??♥️♥️#5Stars

Kara's Paw-Fect Grooming Salon
1900 Brewerton Rd, SyracuseI have been bringing my dogs to Kara and Andre for years and have to share with everyone how great these groomers are with my elderly pops(they use to be pups). They have been getting beautiful with the special grooming skills of these wonderful groomers. Because my dogs are now seniors, they need a little extra love and understanding, and they get that at Kara's Paw-perfect groomers. I am extremely satisfied with every bit of service they receive, and the wonderful service I receive.

Nottingham Pet Clinic
120 Julian Pl ste f, SyracuseI have been taking my animals to the clinic since 1985.\\nThe staff is approachable and cares very much about animals. They are sensitive to their patients' well-being, and strive for accomplishment with the least possible amount of medicine. My animals hospitalized for a treatment are calm when picked up.\\n\\nlast February when my 18 year old cat was having seizures every three hours I thought he'd reached his end. The doctor put him on a regimen that not only stopped the seizures, but also has made him better in many other ways. He is still doing well at this time .

Sugarwood Veterinary Clinic: Hansen Christopher DVM
Sugarwood Center, 7575 Buckley Rd, SyracuseThis place was my savior. I called 9 local vets looking for a walk in for my cat. It was not an emergency but she needed to be seen. They don't necessarily take walk ins but they were able to squeeze me in same day appointment. Dr.Hansen was extremely knowledgeable and caring to my senior cat and did not suggest any unnecessary or costly options. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a non-corporate,unselfish, loving vet for their pets.

Vetco
3150 Erie Blvd E, SyracuseI recently brought my cat here for his annual vaccinations. Although we were twenty minutes late because my cat resisted going into the carrier, they still accepted us (it wasn’t very crowded on a Tuesday). Everyone was so helpful including the check-in lady and the vet. They answered all of my questions. It was a quick visit and cost me only slightly over a hundred bucks.

The Barking Orange
1005 N Geddes St, SyracuseI’ve been bring my 1 year yellow lab here since she was about 12 weeks old. They’ve been great! She started on the puppy side and eventually graduated to the big dog side. She gets so excited when we arrive and she can’t wait to play. All the staff has been friendly and helpful and it’s great they have a pickuo ubtil 630p because I don’t usually get done with work till 6 or shortly after. My pup comes home tired every night I bring her! I’ve also used the groomer onsite for nail trimming and that’s been great. Highly recommend!

The Pawsitive Center for Dogs Inc
2314 Brewerton Rd, SyracuseLeah is the best! Our puppy, Willow, is completely obsessed with her. We started working with Leah in March when Willow was 5 months old and the two have been best girlfriends ever since (at least according to Willow). We love the combination of Private Lessons and Train & Play Sessions. Leah is kind, patient and thoughtful. She is flexible when it comes to training locations and always focuses on the needs of the dogs (and their humans). Not only is Leah wonderful, but she has the world’s most scrumptious assistant. We are all smitten with Keno ? ?

The Cracked Bean Roastery
2384 James St, SyracuseI was sadden that this previous occupants of this space had closed. This lovely space within the building that houses the Palace Theatre, in the center of the Eastwood business and office district, seems fitted for a successful small coffee shop. So I was over erjoyed a few years ago when other entrepreneurs ventured to give it a try at serving the Eastwood Community with their specialty coffee house. The business seems to be going strong, having expanded their hours a few months back.I like the place. It shows that Eastwood is a place where hipsters can hang out. It is also a good stop if you live in Eastwood and are taking advantage of living in a walkable urban neighborhood.Vegetarian options: There are a number of vegan bake goods available.Dietary restrictions: They have non-dairy options for coffee based drinks.Parking: Saturday and Sunday street parking is free (unofficial on Saturdays). The parking lot behind the building has plenty of parking when there isn't an event at the theatre. But if you live in Eastwood, why not take a walk and leave the car at home.
