“I had to come into the store to get a document printed from my phone last week and they were very helpful to me. My only problem is that I'm handicapped because of my Ms and there's no wheelchairs to negotiate the store and this lady named Diana was a very big help to me that evening I cannot say enough about her or the gentleman that helped me at the front counter I will give definitely give the employees five stars but the store itself a one for not supplying at least a wheelchair to get around in the store. It's a good size store and I believe they can justify having one there.”
“This was a great experience. My time was limited and I really wanted to get the package off my desk and on its way by the end of the day. I stopped at the FedEx office location on Erie Blvd on my way home. Krystal, the FedEx team member who helped me, was great. She was friendly and receptive, and took the time to make sure all the details were in order. She was also careful with the item I was sending. Thanks to Krystal for a smooth, efficient, and excellent transaction and experience.”

“There are a lot of post offices to choose from in Syracuse and this one is my favorite. Staff are friendly, small waiting area that is quick even when crowded the wait isnt unbearable.”
“Daquan provided great customer service. He was polite, respectful, kind & patient. He got my packages out with the driver before he left. He answered all questions and was thorough. I really appreciated the service and saw him providing the same for every customer. The store is clean and well organized. The store is also well lit with ample parking.”

“The employees here are saints. Whenever I’ve gone to this location, there is at least one customer screaming about something they had absolutely no control over (as if stamp prices nationwide are set by the employees in Syracuse). Still, the workers here are professional and patient with them.”

“Quick service! Humble Staff! Very helpful to everyone. The elders get the most attention needed and I have always seen them leaving the facility satisfied.Not really crowded on an average basis, so plenty of a parking space. For those who don't know, you can get a money order here with your Debit card with a minimal Govt authorized charge, much probably like any other USPS, but I have used these services here in this particular facility for a long time and I never have been stumped yet.So, even if it's a few minutes long route, you can get your things done here faster and RIGHT!”

“So incredibly nice. We went for a passport application/photo and didn't know that you needed an appointment. They offered to do it anyway and were efficient and very nice the entire time. Taking a photo of an infant can be difficult at best and they were excellent! Thank you to Christina for being kind and so good at your job!”
“I do not understand all the negativity on this particular post office I live down the street I happen to go there several times a month been going there for years always professional and helpful it's not a pizza shop where they are going to chit chat with you it's a federal building.”
“So kind! 10/10 Traft location helped me get my passport situated and was was super kind, having lots of patience with me and lol the customers. Unlike the Liverpool location who were rude AF, I’m glad they were tho because I left to come here instead and these people were truly amazing”
