“I love visiting Hendricks Porsche. I went there recently to buy some clothes, the store is fantastic. While browsing around I saw Greg Brancroft. I had both my first Porsche - a 2022 Tacan 4 S - with him and my experience was fantastic. I was until them still the owner of the Tacycan, and happy as a clam!. In front of his office was a Porsche 911 Turbo 4S Black - The Black Beauty, my nickname for her. I felt in love. Greg and I work together to make my dream come true, Now the Black Beauty is mine. “Even though they specialize in German Auto, I had GMP style my '22 IS350 due to their reputation in the Charlotte area. I am thrilled with the quality of their work, the communication with Phil (my service advisor) and overall professionalism. I had my calipers painted a custom color (provided them with the requested Pantone info), chrome delete, and complete detail including ceramic coating. 5 stars!”

“Was greeted kindly upon arriving. Let the employee know what I needed and he gave me a fair price. They did allow me to sit in my car while they changed my tires and that was a positive experience. They began working on my car immediately and service was well done. Now I need to drive on the tires for a couple of days to ensure no hiccups but so far, they did a great job!”

He was able to get my car in on the day it was scheduled, diagnose and fix the issue with my check engine light, and also replace the rotors and brakes all before they closed for the day. The 2 year warranty on them is icing on the cake. I'll definitely be taking my care back if any other issues arise with my Jag F-Type.”

“I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and fluid check originally but was told that I needed a tune up. My vehicle was running a little rough and I needed to head out within a few hours for another appointment. Samuel Coleman was my advisor and got me all finished in time for me to make it to my next appointment even with delays for parts. He even took money off the bill for being patient and understanding. I moved here last year and used their shop once before and I will keep using them. Friendly staff, clean bathroom, and fast service! Highly recommend!”

We are always in a rush and the shop squeeze us in since we come from far away. We have gotten timing chains done on the terrain although another shop told us the vehicle needed an engine.
