“Just went there this evening looking for Nike Dunks for my 15 yr old daughter. I called beforehand to make sure they had 7.5 shoe size and even asked if they could text me pics of shoes so I don't waste my time or theirs. They said they couldn't text a pic. Fine. I was only 17 minutes away and went to the store. Once I got there, there were 4 young guys near the cash register all on their phones and talking amongst each other. The young guy that helped me on phone (didn't catch his name) proceeded to show me the selection of dunks. Now, I'm not a sneaker expert, but these dunks looked a little different than the ones I had just looked at at Southpark Mall. I begrudgingly select a color and he goes to the back to get them. He says "6.5". I say "no, 7.5". As he's back there, I'm thinking to myself, these shoes look like boy shoes so I tell the other guys just hanging out to tell the sales guy in the back that my daughter is not gonna like the shoes and that I'm gonna pass. I leave. All I thought as I'm driving to Social Status is "did this dude just try to sell me some boy shoes?". Lack of choices and lack of people in the store 2 days before Christmas made me think......hmmmm.”

“My husband and i have recently had great customer service from Ashley and Joanne. He bought a number of clothing items which needed tailoring and then found out he needed the clothes earlier than he had expected. When I called Ashley to see if that was possible, her reply was to say: YES, her job to make sure that was possible! Also, he needed a tux rental and we needed to get it from Charlotte to San Diego. Joanne helped us work that out..and then Ashley told me that she had ordered two sizes of tux shirts for him, since he was not able to try anything on before we left for CA.
