I chose ThrivePoint because their website states guaranteed 24 hour results for PCR COVID test. More than 24 hours after my test no results. In fact to date I never received my results from ThrivePoint. I had to pay for another test at a reputable lab that not only had me my results within 24 hours they had them to me the same day. With regard to billing I was charged $89 at the time the swab was taken I was subsequently billed $115 seven months later and unbeknownst to me my insurance paid $100 seven months after the swab was taken. The bill I received did not reflect the $89 that I had already paid. I reached out to ThrivePoint giving them a copy of my credit card statement with the $89 charge the only response I get is another bill requesting $115. Clearly either ThrivePoint is sloppy with their billing practices or they are committing outright fraud. Ultimately the fact remains ThrivePoint never provided me my test results. I had to pay a second lab to get the job done that ThrivePoint didn’t do even though their website promotes guaranteed 24 hour results.Where are my results? Even if it were a third party involved. ThrivePoint is responsible for providing test results. What is your response to that? You are not being honest in your representation of ThrivePoint services.Additionally I have reviewed my email there was never any results sent a blatant lie on behalf of ThrivePoint. Had I received results why would I pay an additional $190 for a real test results from a real lab. What is your response? Are you going to tell another lie?

This place is a scam. Overcharged insurance for covid test, had to go back and forth, finally paid $50 out of pocket for "free" covid testing through test4freenc.org.Update: found out that my card was charged $109. Can't get through on the phone.

I received a bill 6 months after getting a COVID test from them. There is no way to pay it online and when I called the number on the bill to pay it I was left on hold for 1/2 hour and then hung up on.......twice!!!Weeks later they have taken the time to respond to my review, but even though I have mailed my payment 3 weeks ago they still have not processed it. I keep calling and their voice message says they will call back within 24 hours. No one has ever called despite my repeated messages. This company is completely incompetent!

Your establishment leaves a number to call to take care of this insurance ordeal. Our insurance states they have paid. Thrive sends a letter they need payment. Insurance try’s to call Thrive on a three way. Leave a voicemail. Thrive does not call back. Who is this magical unicorn you are talking about that will assist you in talking to your insurance. I get that you want to take no responsibility for this bait and switch scam you have going on with Test4free.org. Regardless of what people believe you now you have multiple people with the same problem and you need to make things right. All it takes is a return phone call in a reasonably timely manner. We all have jobs. Surely if you are reading this then you need to be answering your phone and not wasting time leaving passive aggressive retorts to 1 star reviews.

My husband and I got covid tests on 12/26/21 at their site in Pineville called "Test4Free". Their attendants assured us that the tests would be FREE, and that adding insurance was optional. We added our insurance and thought everything was fine. Several months later, we get a bill for $230! I called my insurance and they said they would pay more, so all we have left to pay is $11. But 3 weeks after insurance submitted the additional payment, Thrivepoint sent us another bill reminder for $230. Whenever I try to call, I can never get in touch with anyone. I have left countless voicemails. This is beyond frustrating and they are dishonest in their advertising and their billing practices. I will never be coming here again.Edit: Thrivepoint responded to my Google review within a few hours, but still has not returned any of my voicemails. My insurance company also tried to contact them to ask why they were billing me for money they already paid, but couldn't get in touch with anyone.

I had a Covid test in December. The lab was very clear that there would be no additional charges from what insurance would pay as long as I was a "US citizen" which I am. Service was good. Now in April I get a bill for $115 after insurance paid $100. Customer service says I owe additional fee since insurance did not cover total charge. This is not what they said in December. The lab is not upfront with charges and will charge you more then they promise.

I wanted to share my experience. The service here is top notch and I appreciate the service and time this organization has taken with me. My child received a test from a tent site called test4free.org who does not have a address in North Carolina. Apparently test 4 free is a pop up tent who are not labs and send our tests off to local labs. After doing my research, this laboratory is not associated with this test site. I wish I would have went directly to them for testing. This laboratory, although they did not have to, called my insurance with me and helped me with this bill. They spent over 2 hours with me on the phone with my insurance. My point is go to the lab directly for your test or your doctor and contact your insurance company if you get a bill because its your insurance that pays your medical bills!

waiting for the our refunds from last 2 months. Customer Service is VERY BAD, I left N number of messages at (833) 704-5227 but NO response. Everytime they take my number and then never call back..Tried thru facebook too but no resolution yet..

Thrivepoint over charged me. They said the cost is $150 and they collected that from me and also claimed to my insurance and got another $100.When i called them they never called back even after several times.This lab should not be trusted as they overcharge and dont even care they respond to the customer or refund

Awesome customer service...the nurse came out the car I filled out a short form and then she swabbed me and I was out of their in less than 10 minutes. Got my results back same day...very smooth and easy process..

I searched for hours looking to make an appointment to get a COVID test. I finally came across ThrivePoint Medical on Google and they did not require an appointment.The staff at ThrivePoint was very friendly and quick to provide a test. They came right out to my car, brought some paperwork to fill out, collected my insurance information and completed the test in less than 15 minutes. They said I would have my results the next day, but I had the results the same day in less than 6 hours after testing.I would highly recommend Thrive Point Medical Laboratories if you need a quick COVID test.

Quick and easy testing, I loved their easy online scheduling tool. It was end of day and I was late for the appointment. They still extended themselves and accommodated me.

I was there early and was still taken care of immediately. He was as gentle as can be... not that it is a comfortable test. I would recommend them to anyone needing a covid test. Yes, there is a cost even with insurance. I wish I had gotten the name of the man working as he was wonderful and answered all my questions.

Thank you so much! This place went beyond my expectations. My daughter went to another lab and didn't get results on time. I googled and found Thrivepoint. Making an urgent appointment was super easy and she had her results in less than 3 hours.
