The one star is specifically for JOY! My daughter and I walked into Reeds to ask about jewelry cleaning. JOY made eye contact with me and turned the other direction. She was not assisting anyone at the time at all. She proceeded to walk around and stare at us. Henry quickly acknowledged my daughter and I politely and helped us. A couple walked in and JOY walked over to help them before they could even look in the jewelry cases. Then another couple walked in all the way at the other end of the store, she yells across the store to let them know someone will be with them momentarily. At this point I ask JOY for her name very nicely. All that to say this…you never know who’s who. Don’t judge a book by its cover. JOY blatantly turned her back to my daughter and I then stared at us. I will be reaching out to corporate to discuss further because it honestly infuriated me.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences here!! My husband and I purchased our wedding bands here two years ago and they have held up so well. The customer service was spectacular and I felt so cared for by every employee here. We have since then gone to purchase multiple pieces of jewelry from this location as well as their online store and when my necklace broke they quickly fixed it free of charge. I would highly recommend Reeds to all for any jewelry needs. They’re simply the best.

Sal made this by far the most stressful purchase experience I've ever had. I needed the ring by a specific date for a an engagement in another country. I was told multiple different dates the ring would be ready. I was told all the components (band, diamond, head) for the ring were in house, then that it was done and would be there the next day, then that they never actually had the parts but would have them soon. Then finally get there to pick it up and the wrong size was ordered after being told in person AND in writing via follow up text. Then the sizing was supposed to take an hour, but it was actually next day. Then I finally went to pick it up and it’s not even the right ring! This is a paper-thin imitation of what I ordered. The gold is less than half the thickness around the entirety of the band. Sal’s excuse for this was “I didn’t sell you an exact ring, I sold you the idea of what a ring could look like.”When I took the ring to another Reeds location, the manager commented on how thin and bent the band was, how obnoxiously tall the setting was, and how there were marks on the prongs from whatever pliers were used to hold it.I have had this ring in my possession for less than two weeks and it has already cracked!Unbelievably unprofessional.Photo shows the band I was promised next to the band I received.Whatever you do, don’t work with Sal unless you can purchase something directly from the case and take it home that day.

I love shopping at this Reeds. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Richard is the greatest! We always stop to say "hi" when we are at the mall, whether we plan on making a purchase or not. We have bought several pieces from them and we always get a good deal. And if there is ever a problem, they bend over backwards to make it right. I am well pleased with the Reeds at Crabtree Mall.

Had a great experience at Reeds! All sales people were attentive when we walked through the door. Bill made the watch shopping experience fun and made sure that I left with exactly what I wanted! We will be shopping with him again.

Went to the locations in Greenville & Raleigh NC. Shaun in Greenville and Richard in Raleigh were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Both were very knowledgeable and neither made me feel pressured to purchase. Highly recommend Reeds for any occasion!

They were unable to do a simple band replacement on a Victorinox watch. Their suggestion was to send it to a watchmaker with a three week turntime. If you need jewelry repair, this appears to be outside their skillset.
