“I think the staff at this location are a solid 5. Really helpful and very friendly. I give the facility a 4 because communication has been a little challenging with drop offs and some important details that should have been easily accessible in their computer were not followed through on. What you relay to one staff member mat not make it to the next person who comes on their shift creating a little confusion. That's my only criticism. I recommend this place.”

She will work with you on multiple levels to make sure your rate remains affordable, all while making sure your items are safe and secure. She goes beyond the call of duty. “Leaving this review to note that after hours drop offs are NOT allowed at this location despite us being told they are when we picked up our one way rental from Chicago. I would give less stars, but our overall experience with Penske was so great. We called the 1-800 number when we couldn’t drop off the truck and they routed us to a different location.”

“The place recently reopened, so the gas is super cheap ($3.39 in August 2023)!!!Though the inside didn't seem open when I went there around midnight, the gas pumps still worked. I remember when this place was open a few years ago, and it seems they closed down cause of a fire.Anyways, though the back is still closed (subway I think?), it's overall a quality gas station.New! More”

“While at sheetz on Millbrook and green rd. This person pulled up in this ryder truck. The driver proceeded to throw a water bottle, a takeout container, and other small pieces of trash out of the truck window. This is the perfect example of how people have no respect for anything or anyone. I hope ryder will run the truck number and have a talk with this driver about how to be a decent human being. Also as if littering was bad enough the driver was happy to wave for the pictures of him littering.Updated review! Huge shout out to ryder of Raleigh for replying and addressing this issue. After speaking with managers they stood by their word. Upon getting with work completed my unit has been great . I will continue to do services with them. Great job guys”

“At first I didn't want to rent from this company because of some reviews, but decided to give them a try. The lady at the office is nice and the process is easy and simple. I uploaded some photos of a 10x10 unit that i rented since I couldn't find any photos online before i rented so I figured i would upload some to show it, doesn't come clean if you prefer it cleaned, then get your broom ready ? and cleaning supplies.”

“I would give 10 stars if they were available! This is the first time I have ever rented a storage unit and I was very reserved and had lots of questions. Brittany not only answered all my questions but took me to see my options and worked with me to reserve just the right space for my needs. I returned the next day to complete my rental agreement and Devin assisted me. She also went above and beyond to help me. Both Brittany and Devin are extremely professional, very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend!”
