“I was stranded with my suburban on the way to Myrtle beach , broken rear pinion seal on the Highway .. slinging oil !! Was able to make it to Carolina tire in rocky mount NC . ! TimWas able to work me in and get me up and running again !!! The mechanic was awesome !! Sorry I never caught his name but he was very professional with his work and cleaning everything !!! Can’t say how much I appreciate there work and very affordable !!!! Thank you Tim !!!”

“So, driving home to Elizabeth City when my trusty honda went down for the count. Luckily I was close to Davenport Auto Park so I pulled into the honda repair center. They had an opening and took me right in. It was a difficult problem to diagnose but they did find it and fix it. They knew I was from out of town so they put their best guy on it until he fixed it. The team I worked with were very nice to me and the paperwork was done quickly. Erin, my salesperson, was very kind and helpful. She did whatever she could to make sure all my questions were satisfied. Thank you Erin. Erin would be a great salesperson to assist you. I would say that if you are buying used, make sure you take a close look at your car so that any problems that you might see may be addressed before you buy. I found a few problem areas with my vehicle but they were minor (cosmetic). The team did work with me to do their best to resolve them for me and made me feel that I had their full support. All-in-all, it was the best dealership experience I have had so far.”
“BROOOOO, THIS IS THE BEST SHOP IN ROCKY MOUNT. Power steering went out on my 2013 Chrysler 300C was thinking it was the power steering pump but took it to the shop to confirm. Glad I did, found out it was fuse. Saved me $500. Great car shop.”

The nice man told me I did not need to make an appointment, and if I had time right now, they would be able to work on my car in just a few minutes. It was less than 5 minutes they were working on my car and I was out of there is in just a short while. Great service.”

“I gave Mann five stars because of his excellent customer service and his speedy work and price. Let me just say my car was jumping/skipping down the road. I called Mann on a Monday morning he told me to bring the car down he will look at it. I could of drove it but I was scared I was going to mess my car up more so I got it dropped off. My car arrived on the tow truck between 11am-12. Mann called me to let me know my car arrived. Within a couple of hours he called back to let me know what it was and he could fix it. At 3:30pm he said your car is ready. Now, I never asked him how much because when he told me what it was I told him just go ahead and fix it. So, I was scared he was going to hit me in the head but I was prepared to pay whatever to get my car back. When he told me the price I could have pass out. I was so satisfied with his service and his price. He is exceptional all around and I was blessed to find him on google and I truly recommend. Oh and it was my ignition coil he had to replace. He is my new mechanic from here on out.”

Picked up some paint on my driver side doors from brushing some parking lot cones.Brandon was quick to give me a quote. The pricing was very fair, and also completed the work quicker the promised, so great work to the team there. Fixed door panels look perfect after the buffing, can barely tell where the damage was. “Traveling from Maine to Florida we had a breakdown about 4:30 in the afternoon 20 miles north of Rocky Mount,NC. Called AAA because they have your back, right. I don't normally pull a trailer but had one this trip. Offered to pay for trailer coverage on phone but they couldn't do that...I'm finished with AAA after 12 years and one call they say no can help. J & J towing robbed us at $450 for a 20 mile tow but he did take us to the local Dodge dealer where we spent the night in our Sprinter Van at 34 degrees. When the dealership opened our luck changed. Everyone there was very nice and helpful and set us up in their employee conference lounge and stopped by to see if we needed anything. One of the ladies checked on motels for us when service advised we would be there for a few days as parts needed to be ordered. Lunch time that day we offered the buy the dealership pizza for lunch, they said thanks but no. They provided us with a car to go to lunch and also offered us a car to go to the motel, we declined and they drove us to the motel and picked us up when we requested. A sign in the employee area: Things money can't buy, 1-manners, 2-morals, 3-respect, 4-character, 5-common sense, 6-trust, 7-patience, 8-class, 9-integrity, 10-love. This was not a BS sign as all treated us that way...who does that especially a car dealer. I'm 79 and have bought many vehicles at many dealerships and I can attest that these guys are a number of notches above any dealership I've ever been in. Thanks; Tony,Josh,Kevin,Michael, Mildred and all the gals we joked with and interacted with...thanks again!! 5 stars”
