I went for my first appointment the receptionist was super nice but as soon as I got back the nurse she seemed like she had an attitude because my information was spotty all I could tell her was what I was dealing with how bad it was and that I was losing a lot of blood and then when the doctor came in he acted like it was my fault and and there was something I was lying about or exaggerating like you didn't believe me I've been so tired of going to doctors I just stopped cuz nobody would help me and the first time in a long time I don't even have my physical exam I had to leave he made me cry so bad and made me feel so bad about myself I just couldn't even be in the doctor's office anymore and I feel like that's very unprofessional and very rude and just not caring bedside manner is so important and he completely failed so now I go all the way to Wilson and I have had a great experience and I'm on my way to get my health problems cleared up and I did not walk out crying from that doctor's office

There are very good reasons why this place has only 3 stars. Not good listeners to start with, unnecessary monitoring, rude and unqualified staff. If you have options, seriously consider them instead of Nash OB. With a bit of research you can check for lawsuits.

I made an appointment because I was having some pain and their doctor inserted my IUD. When I arrive they would not see me unless I paid an old balance from 2020, over 3 years ago that I'm sure has been written off into collections. Hope it's not anything serious like ovarian cancer and Im being turned away from my doctor. Worde service I have EVER had!

I am just not going to wait for me to have a serious appointment scheduled for things such as pregnancy, endometriosis, etc etc just to be half a*** on communication and things that need to be known. Communication sucks here and that is literally one of the biggest parts when it comes to care and assisting. Not even surprised I’m making this review because this is the absolute third time I’ve had the short end of the stick because representatives, nurses, doctors don’t hold communication well with their patient(s).

Said I was scheduled for nov 3 and yet I never made a schedule for that date and I had no ride when I got rescheduled so they told me that I am not allowed to go to their obgyn because of this

They discriminate highly on someone's health disability. Refuse seeing them even when my Dr recommended me going through. I've left voicemails after voicemails for the lady who runs the clinic she's yet to return my call and the reciptionist boy is she rude. Filled with attitude and "the answer is no" very disrespectful clinic. Hopefully englewood or Wilson is a little better. If they discriminate against soemones disability imagine how your parental care would be. I've been fighting this since the first trimester I'm now in my second.Thank you

Good luck finding a doctor who actually cares. The nurses, receptionists are kind. The female sonographer (Ms Barnes?) is such a genuinely sweet human being. Having an intravaginal ultrasound isn't fun times but having a kind sonographer do the procedure makes it bearable. But the doctors here? Whew. I wont even start on the Bullerdick was demeaning and Hancock I'd liken her to Marion Sims after what she did to me. To this day I have no idea what she did during the procedure. The only person there who showed any compassion was the nurse. I was sick enough that my my mom wanted to take me to the ER. Every other woman I've spoken to who had the same procedure told me they were numbed first and were horrified when I told them I was given nothing.

This is the only doctor office I have absolutely loved since moving to Rocky Mount. Doctor Collins was amazing through my pregnancy, I had some issues that were taken care of quickly and any time I called in for anything it was taken care of asap. I saw a lady doctor afterward as well for some post partum feelings I was going through and I wish I could remember her name too, she was amazing. From the front desk to the doctors to the look and comfortability of the office. Everything about this place I love.

This was the worst experience I’ve had going to an OB while pregnant. The women who work there will yell at you about not wearing a mask while they have them on their chins, sitting behind a plastic barrier. I asked if I could change primary doctors because I wasn’t happy with the one they gave me and I was told no.I was finally sent a letter stating I could no longer be a patient and see the doctors there due to ‘non compliance’ after I saw a midwife outside of their practice a few times to see if it was a better fit for me. They are really strict about bringing your child to appointments. Kids must stay in a car seat or stroller, not sure the point of this. But it’s strictly enforced.I will never go back to Nash OB for any future medical needs.

They charge you a "global insurance fee" that must be paid before you actually give birth, its their policy. This includes the practices fees such as a natural birth ect. When I offered what I could it still was not enough, i was threaten with discharge and have to pay the 537 global fee in order to be seen for further care. They do not care about your healthy They care about your money and thier policy.

5 stars for Dr. Collins but the receptionists are not the friendliest, she spoke to me as if I was her child. Im 30 years old with a 10 year old daughter have some respect for the patients receptionists.

The nurses and front desk were courteous and excellent. However, Dr. Collins was clearly not interested in giving me the best service I deserved. I went in for a swollen fallopian tube and the man didn't even speak to me about my x rays from the hospital. He did not take any samples or urine. Just stuck two fingers in and said everything looks great. The man must have x-ray vision. I felt even worse after I left. I do not suggest dealing with this doctor..if you can call him that. Never will I go back . period.

I love nash obgyn! I’ve been going here for about 3 years now. The staff is always nice and respectful. I never had an issue with any of the staff here. I love that as a pregnant patient, you automatically deliver at nash Women’s center! The staff there is awesome as well.
