I love this place! We receive our mail through the postal annex, so I'm there almost everyday. The staff are so knowledgeable and kind! It's seriously one of my favorite stops each day.

Unprofessional place. These people were even rude to the BLACK older gentleman before me for no reason!. Guess they are only nice to their kind like money isn’t green, plus, you don’t OWN postal annex lol. Btw before being rude to customers please make sure you are well put together and you don’t look like you just got drunk and high before coming in to work! I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere and won’t be treated the way I was when I came here….

Wonderful helpful staff that will go the extra mile to help you mail your things safely. A very clean shop with fast and thorough service. Professional, friendly, and top notch in every way. Also safe parking in a good location. Wonderful little gift shop included.

Note: This is a private company and not the United States Post Office. Needed a notary. The employees don't wear masks and risk customer's health. Additionally, one employee appeared to be extremely sick - coughing, etc. - and was still waiting on people. If I get sick after going here, I will know where I got it!

Three people working closely behind the counter, one is continually coughing so hard it sounded like death was imminent. NOBODY WORE MASKS. I asked George, the manager, why nobody had a mask on. His reply “Nope, we don’t have to wear them”.

Wouldn’t take my business here again. They have a $5.00 minimum and the cost of the package I needed to ship with a prepaid label was $1.50. I do not carry cash and they would not take my card because it was below their five dollar minimum. Cheap way to do business and I’m not spending money on the little items in your store just to increase my ticket. I’ll head on over to the post office. Would not return. Would not recommend.Update: Free packaging at the post office! I had a prepaid label for a return item ordered online. Why would I pay you $1.50 at the postal annex who doesn’t want to take my card anyways?

Get better employees that are going to do their jobs correctly....I mailed a package on 12-9-2020 and it was suppose to arrive at the correct destination but instead when it reached your post office one of your employees put it in the QVC bin zip code 27815 my package was to go to a residential home zip code 27801. No one at your office is not trying to get my package from QVC all they want to keep saying is we’re sorry and leaving messages on QVC phone... no my grandmother is out of a Christmas and birthday gift. I’m out my money for purchasing items and paying for shipping and the package never made it to the right address.
