Absolute insanity. Have been trying for over two days now to get vital transfer prescription refilled and this Walgreens location claims they don't have the prescription information despite the pharmacy from my hometown sending it to them at least 3+ times (they have record of this). Walgreens claimed they have reached to my hometown pharmacy on the phone which was confirmed untrue by my hometown pharmacy. Had to get a doctor involved, missed multiple days of medication, all because this pharmacy isn't organized enough to fill a simple transfer prescription. Will never, ever, use this location again.

This store sold me a bad card Google Play. Refused to replace it or return my money. I'm speaking to Google today. I asked that they just replace the card. The card could not be used as it lacked necessary information so they took my money. They offered no satisfaction. Shame on WALGREENS!! Selling a BAD CARD & TAKING MY MONEY!!

I was hesitant to use Walgreens because of the experiences I have had at the one in Tarboro but the pharmacy was so different here.. The pharmacy staff were so helpful and friendly. I was treated like a valued customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My daughter’s prescription has been there for a week now, and they say it’s “out of stock” and refuse to see if any of the other Walgreens have it.They are very lackadaisical. Bad pharmacy, bad employees.

The staff here are mostly unfriendly, pharmacists have been helpful. Frequent errors in dispensing prescription that was not asked to be refilled. Call ahead 2 days for a refill & go to pick up Rx from out of town, to be told they are out of medicine. No courtesy calls when they don’t have medication. No, I’m sorry when they have made mistakes that have caused extra driving & complete aggravation. Actions show they really don’t care. Waited for a new rx to be filled for 6 weeks, as was told needed prior authorization for a generic drug. My MD had to call them as no prior authorization was needed. No trust in there competency & tech staff actions show they don’t care. Stay away unless you like chaos.

had a great experience with a vaccination 2 days ago - I had a bad reaction and the pharmacist giving my vaccine was incredibly kind and compassionate and made sure I was cared for before leaving. She even distracted me during the vaccine because she knew how nervous I was about it - truly wonderful staff here!

Store 19865 is so clean and organized. The staff always welcomes me and I believe her name is Dez in which she is so very helpful.
