Poor customer service, loooong waits in the drive-thru only to find out your prescription wasn't ready even though Walgreens called and told you it was just got to be too much. Add in rude employees (Jude in pharmacy) and being treated like an inconvenience led to our switching our business to Drugco. And the difference is like night and day! Bye-bye megachain!

The pharmacy is in need of cashiers badly. The 2 recent times I went to pick up a prescription the line inside as well as the drive up was 10 deep. So today I chose to not wait. No meds for me today that i really wanted to get. Thats a shame. The rest of the store i like.

This Walgreens is a victim of the companies racists policies. Because this Walgreens is in a predominately minority area, the company, in order to save money, has cut back on employees so that the Pharmacy and the store is not well manned. There is always a long line especially when they do not have coverage for the 24 hour drive thru, so they close it and require everyone to come inside. Inside the lines are long and slow. This is because this company has racists policies like all of America has that penalize the minority communities by giving us less service but they want they same money. My wife and I have raised our children in predominately white areas and I tell you that whites do not suffer with service issues the way that blacks and Latinos do.
