“I realized I had a problem with my coolant system on a Thursday. I got online looking for a place with good reviews and in a panic knowing the weekend was coming and it would probably be next week before anyone could even look at it. Being a single mom, my car is my lifeline. I called Quality Plus in Wake Forest and nearly cried when they told me they would take a look at it the very next day! Long story short, I needed a new radiator and they were willing to fix it right then and there and said they would have it finished by the end of the day providing no unforeseen problems. They were incredible to work with. They explained the problem, what they were going to do and had it ready to pick up at the end of the day. When I arrived to pick it up, the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly nice and the tech even brought the old radiator in to show me what had happened. And if that’s not enough, when I went to get into my car to leave, there on my gear shift sat a giant chocolate chip cookie and a Jane Goodall quote on the thank you card!! So not only will you get my return business because of your excellent customer service and quality work, the chocolate chip cookie sealed the deal!! I have told so many people already so you may want to alert your baker!! I can’t thank you enough for helping me with this potentially devastating issue that could have left me stranded along side the highway!”

In the cafeteria the cinnamon pretzels are the best, and I wished they fixed their soda machines in the cafeteria, because my mtn dew tasted weird. Overall good place to shop for the big supplies like for example a big supplies of mouthwash.”
