I just left and had the worst experience. Carmen, a worker was near the self checkout. clearly the two people in front needed help, their lights were flashing. when I asked Carmen if she could help them,she looked at me and said "did they ask for help". Now I'm from Virginia where people may be friendlier but this was terrible.

I ordered a cake for my grandson's first birthday party. A young lady name Alexis took my order, I sent an image to her and she made the cake and it was beautiful I was very pleased with this cake. Thank you so much Alexis ?

I have always made a special trip to giant eagle to purchase seafood, be it fresh or frozen. I have never had any issue. However, I recently purchased some fish that smelled just a bit off. I didn’t have my receipt, so I wasn’t expecting much when I called to let them know. I just wanted them to be aware. Ken, the manager was super helpful, apologized and offered to reimburse me within the amount of any seafood I preferred. A company should stand by their product, and he did. He made it right and I really appreciate it.

Went there today for an order. A woman with a raspy voice was also doing a curbside order. I asked her for help. She refused service. Tell me, what is the difference if I'm a customer or if I work Instacart? Help is help. Refusing help looks bad on you and the company you work for. I used to shop at Giant eagle with my daughters. I'm no longer shopping there. It's bull. I've never had a problem before. But whoever she is. I'm not going back.

hourly pay is very low compared to other grocery stores that charge less for their groceries. you’ll get written up for being sick when you’re pregnant. requests off and availability doesn’t get taken into consideration. don’t work here, you’re better off door-dashing. ??

Clean, well cared for store employees are nice, but prices are a bit high. I go primarily for the get-go gas perks. They always match Sheetz lowest price on gas, and if you got perks, it's a better deal.

Always shop here. I pay by check. Now I know my driver's license will be required, but tonight they also required my credit card. I firmly refused. They excepted as is. This is nuts, if that is your policy then inform the patrons, that way I can go elsewhere. I have been shopping when it was Fazios and writing checks with no issues.

Had what I needed. Very clean. 9/10 times I purchase flowers here. They always last 2 weeks plus. In fact, my mom still has flowers from over a month ago. Well worth the money.

Larger than most, very well stocked, wellit, very clean. Folks organizing my many shelves. Great parking and they give you bags, contrary to Cuyahoga cty. Giant Eagle styles. So annoying. Good checkout aisles as well with help if needed.
