“This is the first time I've been to the store on Beechmont. It was amazing when I walked in because it's huge. Anyways, I shop clearance and a lot of markdown items because I work for Urgent Care and I like to buy sick kids little goodies. I noticed your clearance items and it had 50% off on top of what they're already marked down so I spent a really good time in that section putting stuff in my basket. I was so excited because I got a lot of stuff for only $10. Amy, who is an employee, is super awesome and nice! My first question was I do get 50% off on top of the already marked down price correct. She did tell me no because the signs aren't down but she will go ahead and give me what I have in my basket since the sign was up. My heart about dropped when she told me no at first because I just spent a really good time going through all that stuff. LOL but she gave me my stuff that I had in my basket and was very nice about it and told me that it's not right to not do it because that's what it says and that's what I saw. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. I will definitely be back, and as matter of fact this will probably be my Dollar General I go to for now on. Thank you so much Amy for your time and generosity Dollar General is very lucky to have an employee like you! Keep up the good work!”

“$$ Tree is always a hot or miss on the seasonal stuff. But the things garentee to have. Like battery candles or all shapes, sizes, glow in dark sticks, fake flowers, etc; those are great , fast pick up. & cheaper than big box stores. & they have tons of balloons to pick from . CHEAPER than the other bigger stores.”

“I walked into this Dolller General on Pippin Road on 11/13/21 the line was very long but I could see that the women checking out people was working both registers checking people out blowing up Balloons for people thanking people for thier patience as I got up to the register she smiled at me and I told her how much I appreciated her being there she smiled and said Thankyou so much for your patience .She was doing a great job getting people checked out. She said she was very grateful for her Job. All I could think was I have been a plant Superviser for 40 years And I was totally impressed. I sure hope that Dollar General on Pippin Road knows how great of an Employee she is I'm not sure what her name was But Im sure they can figure that out She was awesome Best customer service skills”

“Every time I walk into a Dollar Tree, I find things I had no idea would be on the shelves. Surprisingly, it's a little more promising than "you get what you pay for," at the same time of "don't expect too much," but it's all worth the risk...even with the "increase" in pricing to $1.25, lol. I just hate always having to use self checkout...because 7 times out of 10, I can count on breaking the register in a different way, everytime. ??”

“I was pleasantly surprised. I went to buy 20% off giftcards for black friday weekend. This is a cross between big lots and a small gas station store. I like the inexpensive greeting cards for 1 dollar and they are American Greeting. They occasionally have some decent sales on pop or soup. Surprised that they lock up laundry pods. Employees were friendly. They have digital coupons.”

“Ok, so after my horrible experience at ACE Hardware I still needed a small flower pot and spray bottle. I saw Dollar Tree and thought I'd see if they could meet my needs and they were able. Ok they lose a star since the store was a bit messy but the people working there were knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff gets 5 stars! If you don't need a shovel try there first!”
“What a beautiful hidden gem. A path of nature. The sound of so many different species of birds and such a variety of plants, flowers and trees rival the view from the top of the trail and it's picturesque scenery.”
“Always loved dollar tree & this store is nice, just really disappointed they first raised the price to $1.25, and then recently added a whole section in the back that goes up to $5!!!!! I have not bought a single thing from that section, as a protest. This is ridiculous. Can’t we just have dollar tree back, plain and simple. Otherwise, still so so grateful this place exists.”

If I want clutter and chaos I would raise another teenager.”
“This is a great dollar tree. It’s usually well organized, the employees are friendly, and can’t beat the prices. We love stopping in on movie nights for the stellar candy selection!! It’s much better than other dollar trees I’ve been to.”
“Just came in on Thanksgiving day and the cashier wearing the shirt that said “savage drip” was showing such a positive attitude toward each customer coming through her line, despite being stuck there on a holiday. I usually have a good experience here, but this one really motivated me to leave a review. I have been to many other locations, but this one seems to really care to do a good job and I hope they are being recognized for that.”

She got off at 2 working all by herself and still done a selfless act and helped me with a smile on her face. Dont remember her name but she was phenomenal!!! Even though she was getting off soon. “Customer service is great. And it's an adequately stuffed location. The issue is that I don't think they have enough help which is normal for well everybody now and so they have stock sitting on carts that is blocking your access to merchandise all the time. I'm not blaming the employees I know it's upper management and the economy but you can't get to a lot of the aisles because of the carts that are holding stock”
