“I highly highly recommend this location! I purchased two pairs of scrubs, after trying them on in the beautiful dressing room, and they are very high quality. There were countless of options for people of all sizes. Beyond the scrubs, the customer service was incredible. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, assisting with finding various scrubs and maintaining the dressing room. He even offered me a stethoscope on a mannequin for free after I expressed interest - an extremely kind offer!! 10/10 experience - I will recommend this to all my friends! Don't go anywhere else!”

“After 3 unsatisfactory visits to the podiatrist I finally got a referral for custom orthotics. They have been very professional and kind and thorough! My problem is not completely resolved but we are working on adjustments. Sure it’d be great if we got it right the first try, but that’s not life. “Unfortunately, we had a less than stellar initial experience with Dasco (3 stars at best). However, we made another appointment and this time we met Rodney. I would give 5-stars to RODNEY at the Christ Medical Office Building. He is amazing and if we had dealt with him the whole time this would be a 5-star review. He was so helpful. He took the time to explain our options, how our equipment worked and what we need to do in various situations to make sure the CPAP was as comfortable as possible. The process of getting a CPAP is not fun, nor is having to wear one, but having someone like Rodney help you through everything makes it bearable.I took one star off for Dasco as a whole because their hours are not very accommodating to anyone that works. They’re only available from 9-5p M-F which means we have to use vacation days to get the equipment we need. They also NEVER answer the phone at the Red Bank location. We called 13 times and still never got anyone to answer. We called and left messages for them for two weeks before I finally gave up and called the 800#. They told me they only have one person staffing the Red Bank location so they don’t answer. We had to use the AI simulation to get his CPAP delivered to the house and as a result, it wasn’t the correct type for him. It wasn’t a great experience. Thankfully Rodney was able to help correct this issue and get him into the right equipment.”

The stairlift works very well and the design, look and ease of operation are exceptional. My wife really appreciates the ease of use and new mobility access to our second floor bathroom. We bought a high powered wheelchair for disabled daughter with a lift and recline function but it was not lifting her or reclining anymore. So Wayne repaired but more important than being a skilled electrician repair man he has a kind soul and he was so kind to Olivia and made her laugh the whole time!!! Medmart -you could not have a better employee representing your organization, than Wayne!! He is such a good guy and also he went out of his way to fix a very difficult problem even though it was late in the day he took us on, so Olivia could use. “I don't normally write reviews, but this pharmacy has gone above and beyond. Toward the end of my dog's life, I had his pain medication compounded here. He was a little Yorkie and had to have it specially made. The pharmacy called me when it was time for a refill and I told them that he had passed away. Within a few days, I received a handmade sympathy card with a little Yorkie on it. I don't even think they knew he was a Yorkie, so it was a sweet coincidence. I will be forever loyal to this pharmacy. Not to mention, they also had the best price in town for compounded meds (we know, we called everywhere). I'm so thankful for their kindness.”

“I’ve been on CPAP for nearly 2 years. I went through 6-8 mask changes until I found one that was comfortable and I was able to get a good night of sleep. I have a severe cervical spine injury so I can’t have pressure on the back of my neck.I use a N30i pillow.Last week I received an order with a different N30i pillow and it’s been painful, difficult to adjust and I haven’t had a decent night of sleep. The pain has been to my nares.Last night, I put on the older pillow (after tossing and turning for 4 hours) and fell asleep.How can I get the older version of this pillow?I don’t know how much research was done on the newer pillow but clients should have had input.myAir scores have dropped from 95-100 to 80. All the points off have been due to repositioning the pillow over 20+ times a night.”

“My beloved cat, Lucy, was diagnosed with a dreaded disease and her prognosis only gave her a few weeks to live. She was prescribed pain medicine that needed to be compounded. As we began to run low, we called the original compounding pharmacy and it was taking several days to fill the order, Then the weekend came and still no refill, and at this time, we had run out of medicine. I called our vet who said if we could find a compounding pharmacy who could fill the order that day, he would call it in. I called Mullany's in Blue Ash who said there may be a pharmacist at the White Oak location who could help. An angel named Lynn, without hesitation, said she could fill the order and just asked us to be there by closing time. Wow, most compounding pharmacies could easily take days to fill orders. We lost our Lucy a few days later, but she spent her last few days surrounded by our family and as comfortable as possible, all thanks to a sweet and compassionate pharmacist named Lynn. Lynn, we thank you so much.”

“I visited the Blue Ash location to get fitted for a custom compression hose and Mary was AMAZING! Extremely knowledgeable and makes sure you're comfortable the whole time. She's the sweetest person and very quick as well. 15/10 would recommend Mary or any compression hose needs.”
