I have two grandchildren with sever hemophilia B and RB is practically their second home. The staff can be friendly and at times not. The rooms are oddly not baby nor parent friendly. My daughter has to stay a week at a time at least 3-4 times a year and she has too share the patient bed with her baby or toddler. You would think the rooms would be more cheerful and comfortable as it’s geared for children. It’s a miserable stay if you have to stay longer than one night

The nurses and doctors here took very good care of my daughter when she was hospitalized. They were patient, attentive, sweet and accommodating. They even made sure I was comfortable and had clean clothes. I will forever be grateful for everything they did for us during a hard time. Thank you!

I had twins on the way with twin to twin syndrome and I was sent here 19 weeks in and I couldn’t be more helpless as a father until I met the doctor whom I can’t find on the website stay away from this place it’s terrible my wife was not treated right and I will never forgive them for being rough with our babies who were dead on arrival!! By the way Katie Fioritto was our doctors assistant and she changed phone numbers within a month of our children passing away how convenient of her after telling me and my wife that she was here for any questions. Waste of time they won’t help anything or anyone hope this helps somebody in the same boat as we were in!!!!!

This whole operation and the work they did in 2002 is the reason I'm alive today. With all my heart, I can not thank this outstanding team enough. God bless everyone working at UH Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital in Cleveland

I have not had a problem before but today my step daughter is having surgery today and the rude woman told me that because of covid which is still an excuse only her mom and and father are allowed in the surgery waiting area. When asked what their protocol was for blended families where there is parents and step parents involved only bio-parents were allowed up in the surgery waiting room. This is unacceptable. Need to change this policy and stop using covid as an excuse.

While it may seem odd to leave a review for a hospital, I couldn't help but be impressed with the facility. The building is truly beautiful, with thoughtfully-designed spaces and attention to detail that make it feel less like a medical institution and more like a welcoming environment for children and families. The hospital features impressive art throughout, which provide a calming distraction for young patients and reduce anxiety for both them and their parents. The Rube Goldberg perpetual motion installation is very interesting and fun to watch. RB&C is the place to be should you ever need great care for your loved ones!

We brought our daughter here yesterday because we weren’t happy with the care she had received at Akron Children’s for her broken arm. She was in a lot of pain, and nothing seemed to help. The emergency department took phenomenal care of her, and the orthopedic team was excellent. This morning, she’s able to sit up in bed without screaming and is even smiling because they splinted her where Akron had given her an oversized sling and sent her home. I’m so grateful!

The OBGYN at this location was beyond helpful with tips on guidance around the ‘hudja family facility’.Although I wouldn’t have called it hospitable by any means constructively speaking. However the other faculty members working quickly and elaborately to satisfy the health of the people were over all welcoming.

Did absolutely nothing for my son. Was told gi would contact to get him in clinic within the week asap. Here it is Monday no calls and when I call first available isn’t until may. In the Ed we were promised a appt within week. The er itself is filthy and the way much of there staff talk and carry selves is very unprofessional and doesn’t give the we care about your kid vibe. We came from 2 hours away cause this place is supposedly so great. Very discouraging

We went to an ER by our house and waited 5 hours and still has not been seen. We went to rainbow and got in within a half an hour. They treated my baby like she was one of their own children. They diagnosed her quickly, kept us updated on tests and results and made her better. There is NOWHERE else I will ever take my child. The staff here are amazing!

It was good at one point but than a doctor called my wife and I stupid in front of his residents. Than wanted to do an unnecessary surgery on our daughter and it turns out because the specialist misdiagnosed her and had every doctor believing she needed a permanent feeding tube.
