I recently purchased a Bronco Sport. My salesman Michael Adams was excellent. I wanted the Eruption Green Metallic color which is hard to come by. But Mike found one for me. He is super. Explained everything thoroughly to me in what was my first time car buying experience. I highly recommend Mark Thomas Ford.

We visited Mark Thomas Ford to look at a new full sized Bronco they had on the lot. We met Joshua that day and he was our sales person. We took the Bronco for a test drive and there were a few features not included on the car that we were looking for. After a bit of research on our end, we decided to build a Bronco and order it. I will be honest and say that we had been to several dealerships looking at different trim levels, options, and colors. There is a Ford dealership 3 miles from my home in Pennsylvania. We drove an hour AND across state lines to return to Mark Thomas Ford for several reasons. Joshua was great. He was knowledgeable, relatable, and fun to talk to. Not all hard sell and business. The rest of the staff was so nice as well. They took the time to speak to you like a person, not eye you up like a potential sale. The dealership was immaculate and well kept. The hours they were open work very well with our busy schedule. Joshua ordered our Bronco but made sure we understood that this car is a hot commodity at the moment and it would probably be close to the holidays (Thanksgiving) before the car would be built. Well, that was the end of March. This is the end of July and we have had the Bronco in our possession for the last week. The sale went perfectly. There was no $5-$10,000 mark up many of the dealerships are doing over the MSRP. The finance specialist was great to work with and got us the best rate he could. There was a quick get to know the car learning session after the sale so we knew how to drive the car off the lot. It was a great experience all in all. Very happy with our new Bronco, but very happy with Mark Thomas Ford. You have new customers from Pennsylvania.

I had a pretty bad experience with the garage part of Thomas Ford but I’m not getting into details about this. It worked out the way it supposed to be but I drop off my car and got it fixed. I wanted to go back and get my oil change and my tires changed around. For the future and so on I want to give them the service because I really like Ford Ford is always my favorite but what I went through with them I don’t think I’m gonna go back to get them my service, plain and simple. I guess I have to change my oil myself or take it somewhere else it’s a shame it’s just one of the worst experience ever went through with Ford I was stun, hurt, they made me nervous. It’s a shame that I can’t give them my service so I’m gonna give them a two star for this. I will never forget what I went through with them and one more thing. I just hope I pray that my car is not a lemon.

Buying a vehicle from here is almost always super easy and accommodating but service is absolutely atrocious! They lie and walk themselves in circles. There is always an excuse as to “too many call offs” or my favorite “we have to wait for Ford”. Tony tells Ford that my vehicle isn’t there when in fact it was. Then Chris tells my salesman to tell me that I need tires but when confronted about it, Chris claims he never said that. I’ve had to call ford myself to get anything accomplished because service can’t walk and chew gum at the same time. 10/10 would NOT recommend!

I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appt, my car was taken in for its appt 1 hour and 10 minutes passed the scheduled time. Then a 1 hour works service and oil change was completed in under 20 minutes. My tires all measured the same tread depth, I don’t believe the inspection was even completed. I had to check the oil after I got home to make sure it was changed. They never complete a service visit in the time they say it should take because they never start it on time. I spend at least 2 hours there for an oil change.

Buying my truck was a good experience, but DO NOT use the service department here! I took my 2018 truck in for an ABS light and traction control light and was called later that day saying I needed a new front right wheel bearing (covered under warranty)and the part is on back order. They will order it and install when it comes in but in the mean time it’s safe to drive. I picked up my truck and I had NO pressure in my brakes when I pulled out of the dealership, I had to brake to the floor to get my truck to stop. I had no issue with my brakes when I dropped it off!!! Now I had air in my brake lines. I called and was told to pump my breaks a few times and the air/pressure would work itself out. If that does not work bring it back in and they will take a look at it. Took it back and didn’t hear from them for a day and a half and when I finally did I was now told that my back right brake is at 0% pad and need new brakes which is going to cost 600$ even after he claimed it was safe to drive? The service department manager claims there is no air in my brake lines and when I told him I had pressure in my brakes when I dropped it off now I don’t. He was rude and defensive towards us. If my back brake was at zero percent I would have rubbing and grinding and that wouldn’t have anything to do with not having pressure in my brakes. Manager was very short with us and not even willing to listen to our concerns. Now I have to take it to another dealership so they can bleed the lines and fix it. I brought my truck in for something and not only didn’t it get fixed but now I have even more problems when I picked it up which is unacceptable
