“First ,I am very PRO CONSUMER and usually will take the side of the buyer if for no other reason than a one time bad purchase can be devastating to some people and may take years to recover financially and in the case of vehicles, if a bad purchase has left you without transportation then it could definitely snowball into a really bad , depressing, overwhelming situation leaving you feeling defeated. Saying that, i came across this business online and just curiosity led me to reading these reviews. I have never personally purchased anything from this business therefore just a opinion based on what I have read online.I am assuming this is a "Buy Here- Pay Here" auto dealer. I read one review about a lady who bought a car and the engine "blew up" the same day. The business sent a tow truck, brought her car back and over the next week or so they replaced the engine without a single cost to the customer. I was shocked when I read that. Even though it sounds crazy, there are so many places who would have turned their backs and just repeatedly said "AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY " means AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY! Other places may have informed the customer that they are so sorry for her luck and that they would be glad to split the cost of repairs (of course then they would have doubled all cost in order to not be out of pocket themselves. After reading that review, I was thinking to myself "it's gonna take A LOT of negative reviews to change my opinion from being impressed after reading that particular review. As with ANY auto dealership, yes there are a few complaints but the complaints that I read could have just as easy been blamed on the buyer. Also, the fact that the owners...yes I said OWNERS , responded to the reviews is impressive. As a buyer, it's a horrible feeling when you're in disagreement with dealer but it's even worse when you know the owners will probably never even know how you feel nor your side of your concerns but I see these owners obviously care.I will close (my mini novel lol) with this...We are adults. In these times in which we are living, seems as if we have a auto response to place blame on someone else.Ultimately we are responsible for investing the research, the checklist, the history etc of any vehicle we buy. We have become lazy and cheap. We are too lazy to do our own research and to cheap to pay a mechanic $20 to look over a vehicle before buying. We depend solely upon the seller. In many cases the seller will try to be as forthcoming as possible and tell you all they know good or bad about the vehicle but we must understand, these sales people are not usually selling you their personal car that they have driven for 5 years. It's just common knowledge that most of these car lots buy from a auction. They, themselves are taking a big chance on every purchased vehicle AND TRUST ME SOMETIMES THEY LOOSE BIG $$ themselves. Not only do they not know the vehicle inside out, but even if it were their personal car for years, some mechanical failures are impossible to predict. So, considering I hav3 never personally dealt with this business, after carefully reading all reviews, having myself 35yrs + in the auto repair business, I give this business a rating of (1-100 ...100 Being perfect) I give a 93. LoLThey sound like good hearted folks who themselves are just trying to operate a small family business and provide a 2nd opportunity to those that nobody else will gamble on.*****REMEMBER HOW EXCITED YOU WERE WHEN YOU WERE ABLE TO HAVE TRANSPORTATION AGAIN BEFORE YOU GO POSTING HOW YOUR ISSUES ARE ALL AT THE THE FAULTS OF OTHERS.”

“I was in an accident and my car was towed here. Josh was great! He went out of his way to help me in this difficult situation and was kind, courteous, and super helpful. He wasn't required to help me and took time out of HIS personal time to assist me getting access to my vehicle and what I needed to get out of it asap which help prevent extra losses that would have incurred otherwise. He remained with us as we cleaned out the vehicle, suggesting areas we forgot to look and helped take off the plates because I didn't bring tools. He advised me ahead of time of what was needed in order to obtain access to the vehicle, and he followed the rules of making sure I was the owner of the vehicle once I arrived. Which I am glad to see they don't allow just anyone access. I would highly recommend using this company for your needs. Thank you again Josh, we are extremely grateful for how you treated us and being so accommodating!”
