Not just poor, piss poor. That sums it up. But what do you expect with Walmart? I guess that's on me. Unlock the $3 items. There is no need to case them in.

This is a good store. It's usually well stocked & clean. Employees are very friendly. We love their pharmacy staff who are courteous, friendly & helpful. Their grocery section often has difficult to find items we couldn't locate at local markets. Produce & bakery departments are organized & maintained. Only problem is it's difficult to find help when looking for things in different departments. Overall a good store!

Huge store, has pretty much everything you're looking for but they aren't too interested in selling it to you. Electronics are all locked up in cases and no one knows how to open them up. They literally told me they can't open it and try to come back when the one guy with the key is working.

The grocery pick-up service is amazing! Your order is ready on time, and the employees are polite, friendly and helpful, no matter the weather. I have only 2 mild complaints. Although the commercials show the blue cloth Walmart bags, you get an overload of plastic bags, some with only one item. Also, the app needs to make it easier to add items to your order, or to start a shopping list without committing to a pick-up time.

This place has terrible customer service. I recently bought several hundred dollars worth of merchandise. When I left, the cashier failed to put one of the bags from the rotating carousel out for me to put in the cart. When I got home, I found the items were missing. I called and they said they have the items and we keep them at the customer service desk.I went back to get the items and after standing in line for 25 minutes, the girl at the desk said they had record of it but I would have to go back out into the store and find the items myself and bring them back up to the customer service area and wait in line again. Turns out, they no longer have the items in stock but, they wouldn't give me a refund either. Terrible customer service terrible access in and out of the parking lot with 20 minute wait at the traffic light. I recommend no one go to this store ever.

I'd rather pay a little bit more and go to Target in Niles or even the K-mart on Parkman Rd. than shop at this particular Wal-mart. It literally takes me a week to mentally prepare myself for a trip here. Just sayin'.

This Walmart was very helpful. I came in looking for a new television and they were so helpful about it. One of the employees informed me of price check which is where the look at the online store of a competitor and match there price. Over all it was a good experience

Tell me why this Walmart has 26 registers and maybe 10 self checkouts and every time I come here you literally have TWO registers open with lines consisting of 30+ people in each, and the self checkouts are all closed? This is absolutely ridiculous. I dread coming here because of this. You are overstaffed on the floor with people moseying around occasionally stocking a shelf and checking their cell phones, and you have a girl staring aimlessly into the abyss at the self checkout door, not greeting anyone. If you moved her twenty feet over, she could monitor the self checkouts and your customers wouldn't have to wait in forty minute lines. Not only is this terrible customer service, but I honestly feel bad for the two cashiers you have busting their butts trying to ring people out as quickly as they can. This is an every night issue. I work at a small store and have better register coverage than this at night with less payroll hours.

I generally don't have an issue with this store, and I visit often for minor purchases. I mean, it's a Walmart. You've seen one, you've seen them all, for the most part. However, I usually visit late at night, when there are few staff members around and not a large crowd. I highly recommend this, because if you visit during peak business hours, no one will assist you. A few days ago when I stopped a worker who was NOT busy, just walking along, to tell me where I could find work gloves, she just stared at me, shrugged, and went "I don't know. Sporting Goods. I don't know." And walked away. No attempt at pointing me in any direction, no attempt at maybe telling me where I could find someone else more knowledgeable about the item or department, and no reaction when I shouted, "Yeah, well, you work here, so maybe you should be more helpful" at her back. Just kept walking. I would have taken her name and reported her to management, or even corporate, but she wasn't wearing a name tag. I've worked for Sam's Club before, and as far as I'm aware, it'scompany policy to wear your name tag while on the clock. But then, how could you get away with not doing your job if someone can see your name and report you?

Best place to get butt humped while searching for motor oil. Been raped only twice. Best prices. Needs more space. Seems very crowed. People walking around with no pants. Naked people in the produce all the time.
