“I took my Redtiger new dash cam with hardwire kit for the parking mode to be installed. It was installed but a week later I went to use it and tried the parking mode and it said that hardwire needed to be installed. It seemed that it was not put in although I had given them the package. So I called and took the car in right away and they fixed it that night. I picked it up the next morning. So they were very good at getting it installed but I was a little frustrated that this was not done originally.”
